I purchased a vehicle on 03/06/24 from super car miami group - ***** was the salesman. A few weeks later the vehicle started having issues so I contacted the dealership and the warranty company. I informed them that it was a transmission issue and they swore that they just put a new transmission in. They agreed to fix the issue and suspend payments until the issue was rectified. The vehicle was dropped off on 04/12/24 and they still have it in their possession as of 5/8/24. The night prior to dropping the vehicle off the car wouldn't start. I jumped the battery and had it tested just for it to be no good. Once the vehicle was dropped off they stated that it was wiring problem in the shifter and would be completed in a week's time. I called a few days later and was informed that it in fact was a transmission issue. They that they would be putting in a new transmission. I called back a week later just to hear it is also an electrical problem and that they are having it looked at. I gave them a few days before calling back. On Monday 05/06/24 they said that the car would be ready for pickup on Wednesday 05/08/24 and that I am a month behind in payments and it would need to be paid before releasing the vehicle. Remember they suspended payments and No automatic payments had been coming out. I called back today and it is still not ready. They are stating that the car still has electrical issues. Two weeks ago I asked the manager, who claims to have no knowledge of the situation to just put me in a different vehicle since I hadn't had thecar for more than a month and 6 days. He told me that I would need to give him some more money in order for him to take the car back(as a trade in). At this point if I cannot get into a different vehicle with no additional funds, i would like my $2,500 back. Please stay far away from this place. They now have all of my phone numbers blocked and will not return any of my phone calls and I am still without a car!!!
