    I placed an order from Our Botanicals on Nov 6th for one of their health products called Longevity in a Bottle, and at the same time I also signed up for a monthly subscription for this particular product. With taxes, the item amount charged to my debit card was ***** for the first bottle on Nov 6th. I never received the first bottle and so emailed the company at the beginning of December stating Id never received my order. I received no response from the company after this first email. I then cancelled my subscription at the beginning of December as I had not even received the first bottle, but then was charged again on Dec 6th for a second bottle in the amount of *****, after still not having received the first bottle. Ive sent them multiple emails asking for a refund for both bottles, as I still have not received even one bottle as of this date. I still havent received even one reply from the company, and have not received a refund for either bottles of Longevity in a Bottle. I even told them I would be contacting the BBB and still no response. I would like to be refunded for both bottles, as I have repeatedly requested through emails with no response.
