The product that I ordered is NMNH 250mg. The safety seal was broke and there were only 38 pills out of 60. I'm ******* to even try this product when the seal is broken. I have e- mailed the company several times and no response. I would like a refund. They state on their website that someone will get back within 48 hours. No one has got back to me in a week and half.Initial Complaint

Ordered supplements on August ******* said it would be delivered 3-8 days First of all I ordered 1 bottle and charged me for 2 I contacted them and told me it was already paid for and couldnt change. I accepted that it could have been my mistake I have been texting them every other day because it says it is still in ******* waiting to be picked up for delivery they keep sending me the same response that they are trying to get it resolved I told them just refund me my money or send product or I was going to contact the BBBInitial Complaint

I started trying to order supplements from this company in April 2024. For some reason the order wouldnt go through. I contacted them, but they didnt seem interested in helping. I finally placed an order in May, 2024. I still have not received the order. I ordered suppliments over one month ago, and they took my money for it, and yet never shipped it. They said, "Lost in transit..." and "well replace it soon." It was close to $100 with nothing shipped to me over a month later. They keep saying "it's being processed" as of May. Date of transaction - 4/26/2024. Amount paid to business - $599.76. Transaction is for 9 bottles of NMN supplement. I received 2 of the 9 items paid for. The business finally responded once after 7 days. Noting since. Now 13 days since initial contact. Order #*****. Tracking - **** #******************************. The package label shows 4 pounds. I weighed the package before opening. I have pictures showing package weight of 5.1 ounces.Customer response

I ordered supplements from The Black Forest LLC, i received the items without incident but after trying them for a couple days, I couldn't stomach them. Made me sick for most of the day. The website there is a no questions asked 30day money back guarantee. I have emailed the posted return/refund email twice as well as their information email, requesting a refund and have had zero response. This is day 7 since sending the first email and 3 days since last email. I am hoping the BBB can get this company to respond, the only other thing i can think of is to return to sender with required signature of receipt with *****Business response

Hello, I hope all is well.
I am writing this email in regards to the complaint filed by **********************
He claims he purchased an order using the email ********************, which isn't registered IN our Shopify database.
He also claims we provided him with the order number #****, as per the picture he sent us. This is imposible since shopify amounts order numbers as they are placed, meaning that the first order ever placed was #1. For this reason, we know it is impossible that the order is #****, since we the closed the 4 digit **** on March 9th.
Also, the person to which the order number #**** was assigned is **************************, on April 29th, 2022.
*** hasn't been able to provide us with any other information, just a message saying that he reported us to you guys. We are more than happy to help in any way, and if you need any evidence on our end, let me know.

If I get a refund or the product I will remove the complaint. You have my address. I paid for it. Send it or refund me. Pretty simple task.
