    Date of transaction: 3/25/25 Amount paid from my credit card: $48.55 Purchased (2) supplement products: Supercharged Cocoa Flavanols 1200MG2 They sent a confirmation of shipment on 3/26/25 and it never moved in the **** system so I wrote to them via email on 4/3/25 to inquire about delivery. I've written several times since and employee (******) told me he spoke with the warehouse manager and the problem was resolved. On 4/7/25 another employee (****) wrote and said there was a problem in the warehouse and that they would ship the order by mid-week, this week or by the end of next week. I believe that the longer this goes on, the less chance I have of getting the product or a refund. (emails are attached). Thank you for any help.

    ******, from Black Forest. We understand that the order was delayed, which is true, partly due to the internal logistics of our warehouse as well as, in large part, due to the delay in delivery by the USPS.

    We also know that the package has already been delivered and we have sent a couple of discount coupons for a future purchase.

    I understand that your package shouldn't be delivered late, but there are logistics, weather, and other issues that are beyond our control.

    I ordered a supplement in Nov. 2024 and received it during the 1st week of Dec. Their website in bold letters said to try it risk free and if you are not satisfied with our products, simply contact us and we'll give you a full, 100% hassle-free refund. I contacted them at the end of December 2024 and finally got an email with a return label to print out to return the remaining unused product to them. After confirming that they received the package, I sent an email to inquire about my refund and was told that since I opened and tried the product, I was not eligible for a refund.

    Placed a $256.75 order (#*****) on 11/25/2024. Received order within a week and started using products. Upon using products I developed severe migraine headaches and broke out in hives/rash. Company has a no questions asked 30 day return policy which is the only reason I ordered from them. I have contacted customer service through direct email a total of 4 times ********************************* and through the website (**********************************) a total of 2 times between the dates of 12/14/2024 to 12/19/2024 asking for a full refund. As of end of day on 12/19/2024 I have received no response from them. Their 30 day no questions asked return policy is stated on the refunds page and the *** page. I have screenshots of both, which I will provide with this complaint. I am requesting a full refund and if they have no intention of honoring the claim they advertise, an immediate discontinuance of the advertised claim.

    The initial order was sent to the wrong address and was delivered back to the origin point in *******. I've taken weeks to be able to talk to someone from customer service because they only do email. I just received an email this morning after a week ago they said they were going to resend it, they told me I had already gotten it. I have yet to receive any product and it's been weeks.

    I ordered four items from black ******* and then they sent me confirmation o f the order being shipped after my card was charged for the product. After receiving a tracking number I was then notified of the cancelation of the order. I never canceled my order and would like black forest to uphold their end of the deal. Thank you

    The customer's complaint refers to an issue on our website, where for a few minutes (less than 3 minutes), the price of the product were set at $0.01.

    It is clearly a wrong price, so the customer's order processed at that time was automatically canceled through the payment system on our page.

    An email was sent to the customer indicating that an error had occurred and that the order generated was not valid, and a discount code was also sent as a token of compensation.

    I am attaching a screenshot of the email sent.

    We hope that the doubt is clarified and that the claim is closed correctly.

    On September 10, 2024, I placed an order with Black Forest Supplements. On September 19, 2024, I submitted a cancellation request through the companys website. That same day, I received what appeared to be a personal email from ********, assuring me that my request had been received and was being processed.However, on September 16, 2024, I was notified that my order had been shipped. I immediately forwarded this information to ********, asking why my cancelled order had been sent. In response, I received the same automated message I had previously received on September 19, which made it clear that the original email was not personal, but an automatic reply.I now expect my credit card to be reimbursed in full, and I will return the product with the shipping costs covered by the company, as per their money-back guarantee. Since I cancelled the order before it was shipped, this issue should have been resolved without complications.

    The company did refund me the amount except approximately $40 and I contacted them about it with no results. They also expect me to return the product once I receive it, but it's not certain who will pay for transport.

    The product that I ordered is NMNH 250mg. The safety seal was broke and there were only 38 pills out of 60. I'm ******* to even try this product when the seal is broken. I have e- mailed the company several times and no response. I would like a refund. They state on their website that someone will get back within 48 hours. No one has got back to me in a week and half.

    I started trying to order supplements from this company in April 2024. For some reason the order wouldnt go through. I contacted them, but they didnt seem interested in helping.
