      I purchased a Tuun necklace from this company. The metal loop that connects the medallion to a necklace broke off making it not able to be worn. Despite their 10-year warranty on this item they refused to replace this item. They would not issue a replacement as I no longer had access to the order # or my account(their prices skyrocketed so I do not order from them anymore). After 25+ emails back and forth I was disgusted enough to just get it repaired myself. They are thee only company offering this item as branded...how do you not replace a broken warranted item? Just horrible customer service.

      I write to you on behalf of Velovita Inc (the "Company") concerning complaint No. 21903946. The Customer in this complaint reached out to the company for a replacement on or about May 3, 2024. At that time, she stated she could not find the purchase as it was a Christmas gift from her Daughter as shown in the attached live chat conversation with our customer service team.

      After a thorough investigation into both accounts, there was no record of such an order from either account. Previously when the Company asked the Customer for an order number, the Customer refused saying she would not bother her daughter with requesting this information. The Company is more than happy to provide a replacement upon receipt of the Order number. However, without this information, we cannot locate the order and proceed with the replacement. 

      We look forward to receiving your response and working with the Customer for a full resolution of this matter.  Thank you.

      Not receiving my commission, they keep saying it's my banking information I need to correct which in fact has never ever changed and I have received commission before, and they keep taking charges off of it till they say it's transferred with updating my information and the balance will keep decreasing till $0.00 then they will stop sending me emails. They have been stringing me along for a year now just because I cancelled ordering their products as I no longer needed it.I successfully transferred it and they reversed it who knows why??????

      Upon investigation and after fully reviewing the file, Velovita has determined that the conversations from this customer were with ********, who is a third party the Company uses to payout commissions globally.  Due to Anti Money *************** ************** Money Laundering Abatement and Anti- terrorist Financing Act of **** and Bank Security Act., 31 U.S.C.), ******** is required by law to verify that all of the banking information submitted by the requester matches up.

      Nevertheless, the Company cannot address this situation, as the issues raised by this customer are directly with ******** and cannot be addressed by Velovita.       This company is selling fraudulent garbage supplements for over $130 dollars promising to cure every known disease on the planet including COVID. I did not authorize the charge on my credit card that appeared on October 20th, 2023 in the amount of $120 dollars. This is not authorized. Demanding a full refund. order # ******

      I am rejecting this response because they have admitted fault in their own response.  Velovita (et. all) admitted they violated the Americans With Disability Act by not providing other means of communication for anyone with a disability who requested it such as myself.   The violation has been reported to the proper authorities at the federal gov. and a lawsuit maybe filed in response pending further investigation. 

      In addition, the Cofounder of Velovita, *********************, openly admits the products cure almost every known disease plus blocking so called harmful EMF invisible radiation.  I have hundreds of posts, video recordings and more that clearly show a repeated pattern of disinformation.  The information has been turned over to the proper authorities for further investigation.  See example attached.  **** has thousands of so called students who have their own website posting the same false information that **** creates for the members. The team website is ******************************;

      Velovita never permitted return or refund of any of their products.  This is evident in the recorded conversations with Velovita customer service - see attached evidence. The company has a repeated pattern of lying and providing false information which they even provided in their rebuttal letter to my original complaint.

      Yet again Velovita continues to threaten my safety and wellbeing.  The matter will be turned over to the local police for an investigation.   I have a recording of the Zoom meeting with ********************* when I first signed up with Velovita.

      How did I join without paying a sign up fee? I was at the highest tier level which is Ambassador.  Ambassador / $1,299.00 sign up fee as shown in their company compensation plan PDF File:

      I never paid any money to sign up and become a member.  The only way that's possible is when Velovita Co-founder ********************* was on the Velovita website during the recorded Zoom call and entered the "back office" of Velovita to sign me up directly at the highest level - Ambassador.    

      This was at the very start of the company before any training videos were created or other onboarding processes.  Yet again, under their own admission Velovita continues to spread false information.  There's ZERO proof I paid money to join.

      Furthermore, ********************* posts online that he claims people have hacked his social media accounts and is spreading misinformation. Who knows what the truth is? He also posts other misinformation such as he's being visited by little green men in a spaceship.  Or, **** was an inside job.  The amount of wild information coming from ****'s social media accounts is shocking.  See attached file - screenshot of a post from about a week ago regarding ****'s wild claims.

      Velovita's continued threats of violence and other illegal actions will be taken very seriously.

      I purchased Velovita on 2/22/23. The Bran supplement, just 1 box because I was unsure. It did not do anything it claims to do. I feel like I got told it was raining, but it definitely wasn't water. It is all lies and deceit. I wish I never tried this product. Is it even *** approved?

      I purchases velovita snaps..the gal selling them on via ******** claims she lost 60 lbs. I took them for 6 days and had horrible cramps and diarrhea. Therefore I sent them back to the address stated and they sent them back..I had to pay ***** for shipping and I paid ****** for the product. They refused the pkg and refusing to give me my money back. The company is Velovita product was returned to ******************************** Suite F ***** ******* ***** they wouldn't accept and sent back to *** instead of my address?? Shoddy way of doing business and I want my full refund plus the ***** shipping fee

      Per chases from Velovita by way of a distrubuter. Was really pushed on this great promotion one feee box of bran with every box you purchase. And there is a 60day money back guarantee no question asked. Well when I decided I didnt like the product there was a fine print of no refunds on this promotion. Distributor didnt mention they just kept saying what a great promotion will sell out jump on. Disclaimer never came up on my $400 dollar order. Only when I try to return. I cant even tell you if this fine print was ever on the website. Now distributed is saying sorry didnt know this is some thing that should be made every clear to customer especially first time customers as re try products with the added safety that if it doesnt work we can return.

      hello, purchased products and tried but did not work well for my diet. 2 orders one on 10-11-22 for $259.85 ********************* and other on 10-19-22 for $289.85 *********************. Second order was on the suggestion of their sales group as the first was not satisfactory. I have attached refund/order paperwork. They have a 90 day return policy. As you can see on the paperwork they have a refund date of 12-11-22. They do have the returned product. The credit card originally used was closed due to fraud issues so was trying to work with Velovita and my bank to somehow get my refund. **** advised we will make it work and they were working it. Then on 1-5-23, Velovita sends a notice (screenshot attached) that we have reviewed your account and we have decided not to refund you and they have completely closed the account so zero access to them and the bank cannot work the issue. See other correspondence attached. I just want my refund of $549.70 total as they should comply with the 90 day return policy of returned product. I even asked for a check outright but they would not send.

      Wife purchased products from this company. It came with a 60 day money back guarantee. She did not like the product and asked for a refund. The company approved the refund and she received an email on April 28, 2022 stating the refund was in processing and could take 3-5 business days, depending on our bank. We are still waiting for the refund (as of 5/11/2022) and they keep saying they have already made the refund. They confirmed the account they refunded the amount but nothing has been deposited or pending.

      I ordered the business kit with the three products a little over a week ago. I tried the product and I didn’t like it. I email their support team asking for a refund, and they tell me they can repurchase the unopened box for 80%. Are you kidding me? Then they tell me with the two boxes I did try 1 snap with they can’t repurchase it. How the hell am I suppose to know if I like a product if I don’t consume it? What kind of refund policy is this? How am I suppose to get my money’s worth with such a ridiculous refund policy? Am I suppose to promote the product even though I don’t like it? Or let $270+ go down the drain? I find it appalling. This company is money hungry when it comes to these business kits. It’s truly a shame. Literally, the product is in perfect condition, but they can’t honor a refund due to the fact I tried 2 snaps total. It’s ridiculous.

      I fell for a scam I bought a business pack of 375$ they also charged me an extra 53$ 3 days later. I've sent back the products and they told me they got them and it would take 10 days to get my refund it's been 3 weeks still no refund I've contacted them asked for a manager and keep getting the run around as to why I can't get my money back.
