    Ordered 36" sparklers for my daughter's wedding based on their website stating will receive within 4-7 business days, which was a lie. This is a fraudulent statement.Ordered on 7-15-23 Order #***** 7-16-23 sent to ***** with a tracking number ************ 7-20-23 emailed company asking where is my order?7-21-23 received response back from company stating they will look into and notify Fedex.and get back to me. They have yet to communicate with me.7-21-23 I demanded they cancel my order and requested a full refund in the amount of $113.99 without charging me a restocking fee. 8-2-23 Filed a complaint with BBB and as of today, still have not received my refund. Owner of company is ***************************** I should have done my due diligence in regards to this company, many reviews on the internet are horrible as they also state they never received their order or refund. My daughter is an *********************** Member currently serving in the ************* Navy and her fiance, now her husband, is also an *********************** Member also serving in the ************* Navy.

    I purchased $107.47 worth of wedding sparklers. I never received a confirmation email confirming my purchase, or potential ship date but my CC was charged. I contacted the business after three weeks and continuously have gotten the run around. I was told they would move my complaint to accounting. I asked to be CCed on that email and they didn't. I was told they would contact ***** for a shipping confirmation of my products which they never could provide the shipping information. I requested my order be refunded and cancelled and they continuously have stated that they will "send a follow up" and it will be addressed but I have YET to hear back from anyone at this company. This place is a total SCAM. EVERY ****** review has the exact same complaint and issue.

    I ordered sparklers for my wedding from Grand Wedding Exit on 11/22/2022. My total was $196.46.I received an estimated delivery date of 11/25/2022. After the estimated delivery date had passed, I checked on the tracking and it would not give me any updated information on the package. I reached out to their customer support and ************** said couldn't give an update on my order and she would put in a claim. As my wedding date was approaching, I was becoming concerned with not getting the sparklers in time. I requested to cancel the order with ************** and suddenly, she was able to provide tracking. They arrived on 12/2/22 after the estimated due date and had already left for our wedding festivities. ************** told me to send it back and that she would assist in waiving the restocking fee so that we could receive our full refund back. After our trip, I sent the sparklers back and they received them on 12/22/2022. On 1/12/23, I received a refund of $157.17. I contacted ************** and received no response until 1/18/23. She said, I checked this and it appears that the proper discount was given as it is minus the coupon code and the shipping costs. I was still charged $196.46 and shipping was free. I replied on the same day and ************** responded on 1/24/23 and said, Unfortunately, we had to dispose of a small number of sparklers through the refund process as they were unacceptable to resell. I did not believe this to be true, otherwise, she would have told me from the beginning that is why I didnt receive my full return. It was also very vague because I dont know what a small number of sparklers means to them. It could be a couple of sparklers or packs of sparklers, she did not specify. I also dont believe the package was damaged in any way, as it was returned in its original packaging and was packaged by the company. If they received them damaged, its because they sent them damaged. I am asking for my full refund that is missing, which is $39.29.

    My wife and I purchased sparklers for our wedding exit from this company. Our wedding was in December and the original purchase date was on November 21, 2022. We purchased the 3-5 business day shipping to ensure receipt in time for our wedding. In the final days leading up to our wedding (on December 3rd), we had still not received the sparklers. So we contacted the company for an update. We were told that it must have been an issue with ***** and we should contact them. Well, when we contacted *****, they denied any blame or even being in possession of the sparklers. Attached ***** tracking info shows they did not receive the sparklers until December 1st. So now we have a company not fulfilling its obligation to us and then lying about it. For that reason, we instructed them to cancel the order. They refused to do so - we had to go out and buy sparklers elsewhere. Naturally, when we arrived home on the evening of Friday December 2nd, the sparklers were on our doorstep - presumably they finally shipped them AFTER we checked for updates and asked to cancel the order. Eventually, we were told if we shipped the sparklers back (at our own expense), we would receive a refund. Specifically, on 12/19, "**************" from the company told us in an email, "[s]imply ship these back to the address below and as long as we receive them in good condition can offer you a refund minus the original shipping costs." We followed these instructions, and the sparklers were delivered back to them on December 22nd. We have not received a refund and now the company is completely ignoring our communications. Meaning,, they now are in possession of the products AND our money. We hope BBB will assist us in resolving this without resorting to litigation. We demand a refund of the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, as well as our cost to ship the items back to them. Original price is $196.46 and cost to return ship was $30.

    On 04/16/22 I ordered 144 sparklers and 2 buckets for a total of $204.99 for my wedding. Each bucket is priced at $24.99. At my wedding we discovered we were missing items. We didnt get all 144 sparklers and 2 buckets. Im not concerned with the sparklers as I was not there to count all of them. I am concerned that I never received the buckets I ordered worth approx $50. I have emailed the company and their only response was they would file a claim with ***** and keep me updated. I have not received an update on months and have not received a refund. I want a refund for the buckets that were not sent to me.

    Purchase made on April 15, 2022 -- ORDER #***** Delivered April 21, 2022 On May 1, 2022 I reached out to the company regarding items missing from my shipment. I was told that there was a delay and the shipping manager was supposed to reach out to me. I showed understanding and asked when the items would be sent. I was told ***** days which has since gone by. The company agreed to refund me for the items not shipped and I accepted. I was then emailed yesterday and told the items were on the way, however, I explained they were no longer needed after they offered a refund and purchased what was needed from another company because my wedding is 3 weeks away. They in turn emailed and said I could return the items and pay at 25 percent restocking fee. This is outrageous considering they did not fulfil their commitment within the timeframe that was guaranteed. I want a full refund and an apology from this company. Email exchange attached to this.
