      Had a problem with two windows and vendor would not get back to us. Went directly to EMC windows, spoke with ******* and windows were replaced without an issue.

      All I have to say is that I am glad that I have contacted EMC Windows and Doors LLC. Last year I hired a ** (*********** Aluminum Windows and Doors) to do my windows and doors job, so they used EMC Windows and Doors LLC as the manufacturer. My deal was with the *** not with the manufacturer at all, long story short the main door had an issue that the glass turned purple. I contacted the ** several times and all I got from him was lies, he even said that the manufacturer was not responding to him so technically he was not responsible for my door issue, and of course he never answer me againSoon after I decided to contact the manufacturer directly, and they not only did respond quickly, they also changed my door glass. EMC windows and Doors LLC was not aware of the issue, the ** was lying to me the whole time. EMC Windows and Doors LLC not only replaced my door glass at no extra cost, they also provided me with the best quality customer service, and the job was excellent. I would highly recommend EMC Windows and Doors LLC. Be aware of the **s some of them just want your money and then disappear. Thank you EMC Windows and Doors LLC !!!!!!I truly appreciate your service!!!
