            I placed an order on August 25th (Order number ******). Three days went by and it still had not been shipped out so I reached out. I was told it would be shipped out that day but that day went by & it still had not been shipped out. I reached out again & now all of a sudden they dont know what happened and cant reach the shipping department. I keep getting the run around. I paid extra for shipping to make sure the order would get here on time. I even offered to pay extra for over night shipping. Had I known this was gone happen, I would have chosen over night shipping in the first place or requested a ********************* or not ordered from them in the first place. I wont need the items if they cant make it on time. I want a refund. Not store credit, a refund. Because obviously this website cant be trusted. & if they refuse to issue a refund, we can take it to civil court. I tried to be nice & patient.

            Very disappointed with their “customer service” and return policy. I ordered a dress that was clearly a different color than what was promoted on their website. When I asked for a return label bc the dress was not the color I expected and was too big, they asked for the invoice and a picture. No problem, I sent it. Then they asked for the sku number on the tag of the dress. Ok… fine.. then they further let me know they will not send a return label bc my order was correct…. If it’s a different color then it’s not correct….They need to add “colors are different then they appear” on their website. Not to mention the pants set I ordered is for someone who is clearly 6feet bc the pants are up to my boobs and the ankle part drags on the floor for an additional 5 inches. Worst experience buying from Touchdolls.

            We assisted this customer as best we could. It was explained to the customer many times that the specific dress she ordered was only available in one shade of green so it was not possible for it to be the wrong or incorrect color. She provided a picture of the item's tag which confirmed that it was in fact the correct item(same exact SKU # that was on the order invoice) so it was not necessary to provide a return label if there was no error made on our part. We advised the customer multiple times that she was still very much welcome to send the item back as a standard return but she instead demanded to overturn our return policy by stating that she was entitled to a prepaid return label for a standard return. The BBB responses used to allow us to attach pictures, as we can provide proof of our policy and that the correct item the customer ordered was sent. We sent the return instructions to the customer and informed her that she could still return the item since she was unhappy with it.
