Air conditioning unit was installed in the summer of 2021. I continuously tried to get a copy of said permit from ***** the AC guy and his ****, ***. It was not until June 2022 that they finally scheduled an appointment for inspector to come out and that appointment ended up getting canceled. Leaving permit OPEN. We have had issues here and there over the course of the last two years that I have communicated with him on and he has come out and he’s fixed. Everything seemed OK and we moved on. Two weeks ago end of February, **** was called out on a Sunday night to have the AC looked at because it quit working. He sent his ********** ******* out to do the work and he ended up spending 4 1/2 hours at our home, trying to figure out what was wrong with the AC and why it was not working. **** eventually came out after he and my husband exchanged a few words regards to the fact that his ********** ******* was overloading our unit with Freon, and it was going to blow up a piece of our unit and he needed to stop. Once **** finally came out, they released too much Freon out of our unit and said that they would check back in a couple days to make sure the unit was working properly. They never came out, asked them to come back out and explained they never did show up and were told OK I’ll “try” to get to it today as my house is 85° in the ******* heat. So I called a new repair guy out to come and look at our unit to try to get the house to cool down. Turns out there’s loose wiring all inside of the unit inside the garage loose wiring in the thermostat and we are 5 pound short of Freon in our unit. Had the inspection been done for the permit in a timely fashion. The errors could’ve been caught and prevented us having to spend the extra money to get repairs completed. Now they’re still not wanting to complete the permit and we won’t be able to sell our house without one. I called demanded it be done in 30 days or I would consider sending them to small claims court.
