This company was recommended to me by a trusted business associate. Needless to say I would not recommend them to anyone. The load was late, which is ok, but no one ever communicated with me that it was late or when it would be delivered. I had to call myself and constantly check-in over a 4-5 hour period. I waited there until 1pm. The load was estimated to be delivered between 10am and 11am. The load did not make it until 230pm. The driver backed into my metal gate and seriously damaged my gate. We have photos and video proof that they damaged our gate. They refuse to take responsibility and repair our gate. In an effort to conceal the damage, the driver dumped the load of dirt quickly (in the wrong spot) and hurried to leave our property before it could be discovered. When I called to speak with a supervisor about our damaged property I was cursed at and hung up on by their receptionist. I stopped by the office the following day to speak with someone from management, but I was met with the same type of customer service. Please, proceed with caution when doing business with this company and their employees. They are not accountable and trustworthy. Our next step is filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We have video as well, but I was unable to post the video here.

    Business Response

Mr ******* called Friday evening, wanting a load of dirt, we explained we were backed up, but could deliver it Monday, he was not happy about that because he had a lot of people there working, remodeling and he needed it, but there was nothing we could do..So he said he wanted it at 10:30 Monday, we explained we cannot give specific times, but would do our best. (even Dish Network cant give a specific time that they will be at your house when fixing something)  We already had orders before Mr ******* ever called, so we had to get theirs first, so he did not get the dirt at the time he wanted, but he did get it. Mr ******* called 3 hours after the dirt was delivered, having a fit that our driver broke his gate, Rosemary told him that our driver had already gone home for the day, but she would speak to him in the morning, he started accusing her, saying that she was going to believe our driver over him, she explained we just needed to talk to him too.  He started giving her a fit and kept repeating himself, she then ask him if he saw our driver hit the gate, he said no, he wasn't there, so she told him she wasn't going to argue with him, she just needed to talk to our driver to see what happened, she eventually hung up on him because he would not stop harassing and bullying her. So Rosemary called the driver at home and had him call Mr *******, and Mr ******* ended up apologizing to our driver and said he appreciated him calling him. Mr ******* then called Rosemary back about 4 times and started cussing, harassing, and bullying her, using foul language and wanting to know what we were gonna do about his gate, so she continued hanging up on him.   Next thing we know, Mr ******* shows up at the office yesterday, telling us that Rosemary cussed him numerous times, (anybody that has done business with this company in the last 30 years, knows Rosemary has never cussed at any customer), he showed us pics of where his gate was broken, he did tell us that the gate was already broke and he had someone coming out to fix it.  BUT NO ONE saw our driver hit the steel gate, there are no damages to the dump truck, he has pics of a broken gate, not pictures of our truck hitting it, anyone could have done that damage, because he is remodeling and he has a lot of different people and vehicles in and out of that gate, and if our Dump Truck were to have hit that gate, he would have ripped it off of the hinges (it is not off the hinges), As far as it not being dumped in the right place, a guy that was there showed our driver where to dump it and then the guy left. while Mr ******* was standing here,  we called the driver and told him to come back to the office with the dump truck, so we could all look at it, he got out of the office pretty fast after that and would not stick around to look at truck or talk to the driver (I'm guessing it was because he did not want to face the driver that he had already apologized to) I remember talking very nice to you yesterday when you were here, when you started telling me that Rosemary cussed you, I ask you, are you sure?  I said she has never done that before, but you were getting very excited and you stood here and looked at her and ask her.....did you not say the F word to me? (except, you said the word) she got upset and said, no she did not, and you stood here and argued with a 78 year old woman, you bullied her on the phone and in person....She is still very upset about the phone calls Mr ******* made and then coming into the office to fuss at her some more.  I hope with her being up in age that nothing happens, her blood pressure has been up since all this started.
