            On July 20 2021 I paid Mark (The Water Leak Detectors) $350 to find a water leak at my property. According to Marks detection agreement it states (water leak at hose bib in (backyard) back of house). Mark then put blue tape on the stucco wall at the area below the hose bib that needed to be broken out to repair the leak. When the contractor arrived to repair the leak and cut a hole at the mark in the stucco wall we found that the area had never been wet and absolutely no pipes located at the marked spot. The contractor then had to go into the kitchen remove the dishwasher and start removing large parts of drywall to find the leak. When I contacted Mark to let him know that his leak detection was incorrect and that we had to bust a hole in the stucco wall for no reason he immediately started making excuses and refused to take any responsibility for the unnecessary damage done to my house along with the extra charges to find the actual leak.
