  This management company is a fraud!! I stayed at one of their properties a few days ago and wrote a review that was not favorable to them. My review wasn't terrible, however, I was being honest about my experience, but instead of posting my comments, they changed it to benefit them. The issues that my family and I experienced while staying at their property included the amenities not being available once we arrived such as the swimming pool and adjoining hot tub. They were both very FILTHY. It had green murky water in it. You could see the dirt, grime, and algae already attaching to the sides of the pool. Once I made the call to BBP about the pool and the outdoor TV that didn't work, i was told that someone would be there first thing in the morning before we awake. That didn't happen. We made at least two more phone calls before someone finally came. Very disappointing!! The contractors who service the pool had to scrub the inside of the pool and add the chemicals which should have been done prior to oir arrival. They told me that BBP never informed them that someone would be staying at the property at the time we reserved it. We were only able to enjoy the pool and hot tub one day out of our 4 day 3 night stay due to everything that had to be done in order for our children to be able to swim safely in that water. Once the pool was ready, we couldn't take advantage of taking a swim in the evening because the pool lights didn't work. There were humongous ants crawling all around the living room furniture and some even crawled on us while sitting on the sofa. The outdoor grill was filthy, and we couldn't get the ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator to work. It could have made our family vacation and birthday celebration for my dad who turned 72 on June 26th completely miserable, but we didn't allow for that to happen. We drove too far and paid too much money to allow those inconveniences to ruin our time.

  Terrible. We booked a trip 4 months in advanced. They canceled our reservation 19 days out with no other places for us to stay.
