    We just got back from staying at Majestic Sun A714 in which we rented for the months of January and February through Glass Casa Vacation Rentals. The unit was miserable and since we couldn't get another unit or our monies back we decided to stay. The first night the air conditioning/furnace did not work so they brought us extra blankets until it was repaired the next day. That same day two of the smoke detectors were chirping so they came with new batteries. The dining room furniture was all worn with the wood showing through on all of the chairs. There is better furniture in most fraternity houses. Next, one of toilets broke twice in which they were quick to repair. The toaster would only toast one side of the bread at a time and the blender didn't work. The paint on the drawer and cabinet handles is all worn off and the veneer on the master bedroom was all off and laying there. The two hide-a-bed couches did not work and were very hard for us seniors to get out of. Their fix was to install plywood underneath the cushions on both couches which was still very uncomfortable. The third bedroom had water stains on the ceiling, I hope no black mold, with cob webs also. The tub and sink hardware did not work on the third bedroom bath so they supplied rubber stoppers on chains. Also the carpet appeared to be the original and did not look very clean and the area rugs on top of each other were coming apart.
