    Absolute SCAM. They do not have full disclosure of costs. They are constantly billing for additional items at high cost. Security protocols, $1,300, back-end issues that need fixing $899, shutting down your website with no notice if you do not pay. Their emails are like spam with the "unsubscribe" option noted??? STAY AWAY!

    In the beginning they conduct themselves very professionally seeming to be a good choice, but in my experience with them very quickly that changed. We had agreed on a 6 week deadline for my completed website but after 12 weeks when it wasn't even a third of the way done they placed the blame on me for not doing enough work... But wait, if I were going to shoulder the majority of the workload what am I paying them for. I asked for my "guaranteed" refund which began a 5 week very unprofessional argument in Which "****, Head of legal" compared himself to God, made outright fun of me for being a combat related disabled veteran, and admitted that the decision to not give me my refund was made and based 100% solely on personal reasons not professional ones
