  Dont fall for their scam and rush to give them their deposit for appt. Research how awful they are first. Many unhappy clients. Once you send money they will send a contract listing all their ways of keeping your money before even stepping foot inside . No upfront money , no appt. Beware this place stole my money and never provided me any type of service nor did I ever step foot in their office!!!

  The patient booked her procedure under a special promotion, and in order to lock in the promotional price, she submitted a deposit. As outlined clearly in the signed agreement, this deposit is non-refundable.
  This policy is part of our standard procedure and is communicated transparently during the booking process. The patient acknowledged and agreed to these terms in writing at the time of payment.

  I had a Tummy tuck May 2023 and was left with what they call dog ears. I spoke to Dr.*** and she said she would fix it but I was then told by the coordinator I would be charged over ******* then I was told I have 3 laser treatments and the same coordinator told me I had to pay for them. I've had so many issue with them its a shame as I was considering using Dr.*** again.

  Firstly, the $1000 fee you mentioned was intended to cover the cost of anesthesia during your revision procedure, and not an additional charge for the revision itself. We apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that *** have occurred. Dr. *** is committed to ensuring your satisfaction and would like to address the issue of "dog ears" at no extra charge.
  
  Regarding the laser treatments, please understand that it is not uncommon to have some scarring after a tummy tuck procedure. The laser treatments were offered as an option to help minimize and improve the appearance of these scars. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the cost of these treatments. Our goal is always to provide our patients with the best care possible, and we strive to offer any additional services at a minimal cost.

  I got a horrible infection from a Liposuction done 11-01-21 . More than 2 years later I am still infected with mycobacterium Abbesses. I have had 5 major debridement surgeries at Uhealth and almost weekly incision and drainage with Dr.**** the first 6 months after the original surgery . Dr **** saw me the one month after my surgery , but I showed signs of infections 2 weeks post op. I was seeing the nurses several times a week because I was ill and I knew something was work. I had to be on IV antibiotics with a picc line for 3 months and then again for 3 months , oral antibiotics for 18 months. I lost hearing and my skin color changed due to all the antibiotics. Having this surgery has destroyed my life physically and mentally . My body is completely disfigured. I was cut open from hip to hip and my skin was lifted to clean out infection and the wound was left open for 4 months to close without stitches. Unable to work and 10s of thousands dollars deep in medical bills . Infection is a risk with any surgery but when the center does not properly clean and disinfect there instruments and the nurses not following proper sterile protocol this is malpractice but since Dr **** doesnt have malpractice insurance, no lawyers will take my case . Not carrying malpractice gives the surgeon a free ticket to not follow proper protocol because they are untouchable in the legal system.

  Dr. ********************** Velilla did my bbl and in less than 2 months fat transfer was gone waisted my money with this doctor and when I complain to Dr.Velilla he said I need another bbl done all he cares is about $$$$ I do not recommend Evolution MD go somewhere else for great results.

  I'm very unhappy about my sclerotherapy treatment and I feel like the nurses don't know what in the world they're doing cause after several veins treatment they're still unsightly without any fade. All I have is needle spots on my skin.
