            I am contracted with Integrated ************** to provide services to some of their members in ***************. Since October, I have not received a payment. I submitted claims a few times they came back denied and the contracted amount is not on file. I could not got access to the system or referral if I was not contracted. I am requesting payment from October to December services to be paid in full. I been trying to get in touch but I need to get paid ASAP

            This is the most uncaring company that should be put out of business and we need another DME company in place. Ive been trying to get my oxygen concentration since 1/24/2024 and today is 2/15/2024. Every time I call them or my physicians office calls them they give us the round around and say they need this and the DR send it in. No one there does their JOB and they dont communicate with the DR or the Patient. This company never submitted anything to the insurance company. When you work in health care you have to care about people and not a paycheck and this is what this company is a FRAUD. This company lies to the customer and the insurance company I wont be surprised they are billing incorrect. This company is a liar and a fraud Horrible customer service

            IHCS has completed its review.

            A home stationary oxygen concentrator and a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) was provided to a member with the name provided in August 2021.  This equipment remains with the member as of today, 02/16/2024. 

            An order was received on 02/01/24 to provide a 2nd portable oxygen concentrator but was missing certain criteria to be able to proceed in providing the POC.  After numerous attempts to obtain the correct information from the member's physician, a new 2nd POC was delivered on 02/15/2024.  

            At no time was the member without oxygen.
