  Getting the quote was the only good part. I did a long distance move from ******* to ******* and received a quote for about $500. I told them to come by on a specific date, but the randomly called me a day earlier than scheduled and said they were on their way. I tried to pack quickly but ended up having to use their supplies. The total went up to $2,000 because of it. It took them about two weeks to get my stuff to ***. I feel like I got scammed, and I think there should be a courtesy call before the day of the move to catch any misunderstandings. On top of being caught off guard, the man in charge of the move was not very nice. He sat in the kitchen and itemized everything with a scowl on his face. I would not recommend booking this company.

  I wish I had looked at these reviews before I booked them. THEY ARE A SCAM AND I HONESTLY DONT KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN! THE PEOPLE THAT COME TO PACK ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIE. QUOTE GIVEN OVER THE ***** CHANGED DRAMATICALLY IN PERSON. DISGUSTING COMPANY AND WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM. SHOCKED THEY ARE IN BUSINESS STILL. I booked them to move from ***** to another state and if there is a lower rating than single star then I would have put it. one of their workers tried to have me venmo money to his personal email and not as agreed upon on the invoice/quote. don't hire these guys!

  The broker *********** Movers lied to me from day 1 regarding the cost. On the day of the move, it was increased by more than 1000$! When confronted he yelled at me on the phone and hung up. From 3600$ I ended up paying more than $7000 by delivery day! Moving was rescheduled twice with a no show on day 1. They turn up 2 hours late and without asking for permission just sits on the sofa and start arguing about the extra charge and then once was paid the guy does paperwork for 2.5 hours. The other 2 guys were hanging out, video chatting with their girls, and then vanished for 2 hours! the entire process took 5+ hours! No manners. They were arguing with each other throughout. On Delivery Day the driver ***** started arguing that he will charge more than what was in the contract ( $2 cubic feet) then said he will give us a discount for 1$ a cubic foot. He has his loud phone with the game on in my apartment and is telling me that I pay him right now or he won't move the furniture. He has us, *****, $ 800 directly to him with no receipt which we repeatedly asked for. He then goes and starts watching his football game. No guys to unload. Eventually, 1 man turns up and he is moving boxes himself. After an hour another guy turns up. They literally dumping everything and want me to sign off when no boxes have been opened. My stuff was broken, damaged, and missing. I was opening boxes myself at this point and discovering broken stuff and refused to sign off till everything was accounted for. They left broken glass on the floor including trash in the hallway and outside the apartment. They were cussing at each other loudly and angry at the driver or the moving company. As a ***************** I was ripped off financially, lied to, spoken to in an absolutely unacceptable manner by everyone, disrespected, my stuff was broken and damaged, my apartment was trashed, and was insulted by the behavior of all the staff from the start to finish! I have never been treated like this!

  I signed a contract with ********** Van ********************** and they outsourced to Top 10 Van Lines, who outsourced to Big Guys Movers. They charged me two times what the quote was. The pick up date was changed twice. Once they tried to arrive a week early and when I stated that I wasn't packed, I was told they would pack for me at an additional fee. I should have just cancelled the move with this company when they showed ** in a rented ********** truck and a trailer. The worst was accepting delivery. I had asked for delivery to take place on 9/23. One mover showed up 4 hours late on 10/2. Before the mover left, I had mentioned that I was missing a box and a 6ft by 4ft mirror. I've now called Top 10 3 times, I have never received a call back.Never go cheap on a move.

  This company is not a carrier. They're a broker. ********* told me that their company would pick up the items and drop them off. That was NOT the case. A different company showed up at my door and the price changed. Please don't trust the people at this company. They will not move your items themselves someone else will. I tried calling them multiple times when the other company arrived. No one could help me at Top ******************************* I just had to go with the company that arrived because, I had to move and start my new job.

  Horrible horrible horrible first they overcharged me ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* **** extra dollars I cant even come on time they were supposed to be here Sunday its now Friday still nothing
