    On September 19, 2017, I commissioned Continental pool to repair a crack on the Northeast section of my pool , replace light fixture and Diamond Bright the entire pool. The Diamond Bright has a ten year warranty. The crack repair was supposed to end the slow drainage of water that the pool was losing (leak) . Within a years time, I notice the pool begin to lose water and the area of the crack repair was beginning to show (the outline of the repair). That was an indication that the diamond bright was wearing off. When I spoke with ***** ( sales person and the person servicing my pool), he stated that the sun was evaporating the water and it had nothing to do with the crack repair. Regarding the the diamond bright and its discoloration and patches throughout the ******************** stated that he will speak with the company he contracted to set up a time when they can come out and take care of the problem. ***** asked me to give him two weeks. I gave him several months and I never received any feedback. When the conversation came up again, he stated that he had so much on his mind that he tends to forget. Time continued to pass and my pool continued to lose water and the diamond bright continued to fade ( to this day). My water bill is extremely high due to this leakage. My pool is not losing water because of the Sun. Time continued to lapse. Then the pandemic happened and ***** used this as an excuse. My most recent request was roughly a month ago, I reached out to ***** via text (Oct 4th 2022) because he no longer service my pool ( he relinquished the service to another pool company without consulting with me. He claimed he could not service my pool anymore because of theft issues happening at the office. I have since learned that the new company had no idea that there is a warranty on the pool that the repairs are in limbo). On October 4th, he stated that he would be by on 10/8. He never showed and he has not reached out to me.
