    Misleading sales tactics, and lack of accountability sums up my experience. I was upfront in my needs for a quiet work environment. *********************, the sales associate assured me it was. When I arrived, I quickly learned that I was gravely misled, and in the midst of a construction zone. The building is under construction, making for insufferable conditions to work in. When bringing it up to ***************, the community manager, her first response was to inform me that many others have also found it disturbing, and elect to not use the space. She added that there was nothing she or Regus would do because the construction was being done on the building, not the office. To my surprise, I was then informed that construction would be starting in the actual suite in a couple weeks, but still UNABLE to end my agreement, even though they were active in misleading me. Other than attempting to place me in a different, still loud and distracting office, NO accountability, has been taken. The office is DIRTY, the chairs are full of food from other occupants, and left over sticky residue is on the desk surfaces. The A/C is also out in part of the suite, and construction drones on. Overall, I would describe the working environment as hostile, with a lack of care or concern as long as they have your money. very disappointed in what could have been a convenient experience. I encourage anyone looking for a quiet, clean effective, or friendly environment, conducive to productive work to LOOK ELSEWHERE. This is not the place to be.
