            Date of transaction: 01/03/2024 Item: I ordered (order# *****) a 7/8" cane from their website (www.canemasters.com) -which was a selection option on their website ($68.06 including shipping)Dispute: They send me a cane that was almost 1" (*****", instead of 0.87")Offer to resolve: None-- they said some of their 7/8" canes could be almost 1", but this was never stipulated on their website or order form. I asked if they could exchange the cane for one that was 7/8" or if I could return it for a refund, in a phone conversation with **** at canemasters (2/12/2024). He said no to both and that their 7/8" octagonal canes are more than 7/8"-- this was never stated anywhere.

            Based on my experience with four canes from **** Masters, they have lousy quality control and customer service and may engage in false advertising. A few years ago I inspected two of their $150.00 canes. The horn styles were completely different from the ones pictured on their website, and the shaft on one of the canes was noticeably bowed.In addition, a friend and I recently purchased Cane Master's $55.00 "FTB Training and Walking Canes." I intended to use my cane for everyday walking, but the ***** was not ergonomic and too uncomfortable to use for that purpose (even the cheapest canes sold today typically have ergonomic crooks), so I contacted them about it, and they gave me a a run around: They insisted that it was a training cane, told me to submit pictures, and never got back with me. The ***** on my friends cane was more normal, but he wanted the cane for training, and his shaft had a flat spot where he held it making it awkward to train with, so we traded canes. Fortunately, we were able to solve our problem.Cane Masters is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with, and I will never purchase anything from them again. BUYER BEWARE
