Investigation Details:
Since January 2024, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning sales practice issues.  This profile contains a collection of names, addresses, and phone numbers that came to BBB’s attention through consumer complaint activity. Specifically, consumer complaints allege they contacted the business to provide emergency services for their garage door, but received inferior services. Even though the labor had warranties, customers were not able to reach customer service after paying.
1).  BBB was not able to verify that any of the addresses are actually registered to the business. Please understand that garage door repair scammers often do not have a legitimate physical showroom.
2). The business website lists multiple locations and DBAs. This profile contains multiple business names used that are not registered as a business within the State of Florida.
3). When BBB attempted to call the business and identified themselves as an employee with BBB, the person who answered the call hung up.

“This Company is a total rip off!!! They charged me $3000 for 2 garage door springs. Stupidly, I accepted the price at face value because my car was stuck inside my garage and couldn’t get out. They also charge me $375. To install the two springs. I will say, they fixed my door. But they charged literally 10 times more than the job was worth. So The next day, I researched Garage door springs and found the range from $70-$120. (Vs. their price of $3000!!!) When I called to complain, they told me a manager would call me back. That never happened. When I called back again, they blocked my number. I found them on google search. They said their address was at Strand Blvd. In Naples. So I thought they were legitimate. I went there the next day, and found there’s no such business there. The company that was there has been there for 10 years. Also, on their website, they only have five star reviews. That should’ve been a clue right off., But I didn’t catch it. Again, this company is a total rip off!!!! Stay away!!!”
