*** was extremely helpful to solve the problems I have with the scooter I bought from Vive.Ive been trying to get my red scooter fixed since July , but everyone that I get on the phone cant seem to be able to help.*** was able to help immediately and now it looks like all the be completed.I bought 2 scooters and the red one was losing its charge very quickly..Great employee that you have.Please keep her.****************************************, **.

*** did a fantastic job helping me. Great follow up via email and phone.This will be the 2nd Vive mobility scooter I have purchased in the past few months for members of my family. I called about a question and concern about a product and my questions were answered and ******* sent me video's to watch about the item I was asking about.I was offered a replacement product even tho the item had been ordered through Amazon.I really appreciated the great customer service that I received. My call was answered quickly and I felt I was a valued customer. I feel they want their customers to be satisfied and happy with their products.
