5 starsVive Health customer service is top-notch. The service representative I dealt with the most, her name is ***, went above and beyond in helping me with my defective pump. With her help, Vive replaced my pump with no charge. You cannot beat that at all. Their warranty is simple, but true. Vive Health stands behind their products and their customers.Review fromPhyllis M

5 starsVALERIA ******* was most outstanding as a customer service rep in assisting me with my obswrvations and concerns with my VIVE Air mattress. I am grateful for this mattress pad because it feels relaxing and distributes my weight without pressure on my legs. I noticed some pads were not inflating as much and while I am a repeat customer I wanted to call about my observations. Valerie listen and her support was greatly appreciated.

***** is a terrific Customer Service person. She responded on a Sunday and was compassionate and helpful. After submitting the picture she suggested, she advised we would hear back within 3 business days. She advised two days later that the replacement part was being shipped. He clearly explained my options and expedited the shipping of a new part so that I could use my alternating inflatable mattress as soon as possible. I purchased an Alternating Pressure Pad Mattress through ****** back in December. I recently had a problem with the pad not inflating properly and contacted Vive Health through the ****** website. Vive's CSR *** was great and extremely helpful in resolving my issue. She exhibited a significant amount of patience, as she walked me through the steps to diagnose the problem. She then went so far as to create an invoice for the replacement pad, including a 15% discount! ******* customer service!Vive Health, LLC
