    I applied for an apartment, spent $75, for credit approval, which was approved. Then I paid $100 money order, for background check etc . I have called and texted, the property manager hasn't communicated with me in regards to my status of application. Hence, I've had to spend more money and time on getting approved at another location.

    Regarding the complaint #********:

    The applicant presented all the documentation needed to run her background in order to be approved for one of our units.

    She paid to the *** $100.00 and iNFINITY SOUTHBAY (the landlord) $75.00 for the application fees and both applications were run correctly according to our protocols.

    Once our work was completed she decided to change her mind to move to a different apartment complex and as our work was done and as per our application form, the application fee is not refundable she received that answer when she tried to get reimbursed.

     

    Please take this in consideration in order to remove any bad review or red flag about us in your system.

     

    Please see the letter attached and proof of application run on Dec 2022.

    I am rejecting this response because:, they're lying about their negligent procedures,  I had to move on due to their lack of communication and not receiving the results of my application. 

    Their operation can't require money upfront and then not get back to people in a timely manner. That's unacceptable and bad business,  people have to make important decisions in a timely fashion in order to move into a new place,  set up movers, give landlords notice etc, they failed terribly. I would like my reimbursement.
