      On January 16, 2024 I was charged $599 x 4 times. I previously did blood work and genetic test with this company assuming in good faith they were going to offer superier service for this high price. I was in discussions with my *** ****** to potentially sign up my parents also with some initial consult with him. Without signing any waivers, confirmations, or any documentation as I signed previously before paying, I was charged without my knowledge. Once I realized my own service was heavily delayed compared to the extremely late time promised, I decided not to pursue this company for my parents and left the matter. After looking through my transactions close to a year later, I saw I was fully charged and I realized why the *** did not follow up with me. He had my credit card on file and went ahead before we signed or confirmed any documents. I did not receive any receipt, no services were used or booked, nor did I even know I was charged until I did some financial auditing of my account due to end of year tax p***arations.I've tried reaching out to my *** multiple times, I've also reached out to the company and have been left with no response for over month. I simply want my money back for services that were unused. This should be a very easy and simple process, because essentially they used my money interest free for year and no services were provided, or wanted. The document I attached is an example of what I signed for my own service, and was supposed to be received before making payment for my parents service (which I believe is a legal requirement due to the medical nature of services).

      I am requesting a full refund of $1,299.On 6/28/2024 I ordered the Precision Genetic Test for $1,299. We recieved the test, completed, and sent it back with the company receiving the sample on 7/12/2024.I initially recieved my results but was unable to order supplements when they were ready on 8/28/24. I emailed Kwesi many times to resolve the issue. Eventually by October 11 I was told I could now order supplements but I not longer could log into my account I attempted to order supplements as soon as I was notified that I could. Then I could no longer log into my account with an error being showed, that asked me to email support. I emailed support on 10/11/2024 to get resolution to log into my account and order supplements. I have been in contact with many representatives who promised to help and have never resolved the issue.Since ordering this test on 6/28/2024 we have emailed or spoken over the phone with 5 different representatives with no resolution. Several times I have restarted the process with a new person after the last representative ceased contact with me. We have spoken with Kwesi, ****** Iquila, ***** and another over the phone. The person who's name I do not have, is who I requested a full refund from near the 1st of November. I have never heard back about the refund or about gaining access to my account. The ***** we speak with claim that the issue has been escalated to the IT department several times with no ************* has been 5 1/2 months since this company received my sample. I currently cannot log into my account, I cannot view my test results, and I cannot order supplements. I am requesting a full refund of $1,299 immediately.The lack of support, lack of communication inside of the company, and the fact that I can't even call in and order my supplements with the company is extremely disappointing. This has been a financial and emotional addition of stress that I don't need to add to my current health issues.

      I ordered a methylation test and the company has repeatedly dropped the ball. After paying they sent no collection kit until I prompted them to then weeks after returning the kit they finally send after emailing them again they finally acknowledged receipt of the kit and told me it would be 5-6 weeks for results. It has been 9 weeks and still no results. I have filed a dispute with **************** and wish to file a complaint with BBB to prevent other people from being scammed out of $600

      10x supplements are really bad and caused health issues. I stopped using them due to the problem they caused. Without my consent, they signed me up for the auto refill. I called them to cancel the order but they refused to cancel the order and charged me $178 anyway and refused to refund. These people are running a scam and robbing people with substandard supplements and bad customer service. They offer no help. Stay away from their products. They are shameless.

      I ordered a methylation test seven months ago. I have repeatedly tried to get the results of the test. They keep sending me a login password that does not work. Ive been hung up on. Ive been spoken to very rudely. All I want is my money back and they refused to give it to me.

      In January 2024 I purchased a genetic testing kit from this company that wasnt received. Ive contacted the company repeatedly in April and May, September and October to no avail for a re-issue of the kit and now a refund.

      This occurred recently in the beginning of September. I have a subscription for their 10x health vitamins and received two vitamins in the mail. However, once I saw the deliver I determined I didnt need the product anymore, since I have a bottle left. I contacted 10x health and requested the return and they replied that they couldnt return the product since it is not standard to their quality measures? I was alarmed since the box hasnt been open, the shipping box isnt open, the product isnt open, and its literally still in the unopened delivery box. I then emailed again with a response saying this wasnt a good customer service response, since I have been a customer for a while now . Then they said that their quality standards dont allow them to take returns? So I replied that as a customer I have rights too with my purchase, which in this case the product isnt even open nor is the deliver packaging open? How can your product be deemed contaminated when you were the people placing it from your warehouse into the box and shipping it? Does that mean the product is already contaminated once you placed it ? I dont know how businesses get away with policies like this. Im a business owner too and this is just down right wrong.

      The test that was described to me is not accurate what I received.Before I sent in the results, several people called and texted me that I needed to buy an additional test for additional services. I explained that I wanted to get the first test done before I did anything else.This company has horrible customer service and after the results no one explains anything to you and they want you to pay an additional 119 for someone to explain the results.The test my business partner received is not the same report of explanations that I received.

      Approx mid July 2024, I purchased 2 genetic tests for my husband and myself for $1198. The tests were received at their lab per *** tracking on July 31, 2024. I waited until the first week of Sept to contact the company about me not having any results. I was first told the tests were not usable and the company basically blamed me for not doing the tests properly!! They offered to resend the tests, which I replied with a big NO! If you cant handle my DNA tests properly then I dont want anything to do with your company and I requested a refund! The next email I received stated they sent us the wrong tests!!!! What?? Im still waiting to hear from anyone at this company about my refund, after many emails!!! This company is a complete joke and **** ****** should be ASHAMED!!! Please save your money!!

      I purchased a precision genetic test for $599. The company sent me an email that the results were ready but when I clicked on the link the information was not present on the linked page. I reached out to their customer services. After a week of back and forth e-mails the representative notified me he was escalating my concern and I heard nothing for 2 weeks and emailed the company representative gain. No response. Another week and I messaged again without response. I just received a customer service evaluation questionairre for the company but again no response about my concern. I have basically wasted my $599. There are no other ways to contact the company listed.
