      DO NOT RECOMMEND! Job had delay after delay. When I was told the job was finished, I went to review and the entire condo was a mess. No caulking along floors, no sanding and smoothie on the shiplap, no repairing of any marks on the walls and my electrical box was painted shot. Met owner at the job site he admitted he had not seen it since it was begin. He claimed to be very disappointed and was going to discuss it with his project manager. The crew returned the next day to repair and finish the job. They were there for two days. Due to this delay I had to cancel plumber and electrician and delivery of furniture. When I return to inspect, it was still a mess. Spray lacquer was not used on doors bifold doors shiplap. It appeared some of the doors had even been painted with spray cans, making the beautiful brand new doors rough with no shine. A friend was able to connect me with another painter who came in and in three days had the job finished. He had to sand everything remove doors and, scrape all the extra paint off the brand new hardware, repair many marks on walls. Basically he redid the job from start to finish.
