      I cant say enough about how wonderful Truly Nolen has been. I hired a company to deal with a rat problem in my attic and they could not find thevusdue. I then hired Truly Nolen and amazingly they found the problem through hard work and not giving up. They recommended it was coming from plumbing. They met with my plumbers and we finally found the problem. This was going on for almost a year with other companies and within 1 month of hiring Truly Nolen they found the problem. ***** was the one who would not give up and promised me we would get to the bottom of it. ***** ran the smoke test several times until we found the problem. I have to thank ****** as well. They are true professionals who I was able to count on. Thank you so much.

      I have been a loyal customer of ******************** for over 12 years, but my recent experience has left me extremely irate and disappointed. After enduring five rate increases in less than three years, I decided to cancel my service. Instead of handling this professionally, Truly Nolen retaliated by sending me to collections without ever sending a bill or notifying me of any outstanding debt.I never received a bill, a call or email regarding this supposed debt. Instead, they chose to damage my credit by sending me to collections over an amount I wasn't even aware was due. This is an unacceptable and unprofessional way to treat a long-time customer.I urge ******************** to reconsider their practices and improve their customer service. No one should have to go through this kind of stress and frustration, especially when it could have been easily resolved with a simple notification.

      The Operations Manager has tried to contact the customer and left a voicemail regarding the collection and apologizing for the way they handled the collection. He did let him know on voicemail that everything was taken care of and that the collection never left Truly Nolen that we have our own collection in house. The Operations Manager left his cell number to please call back sothey can talk more about it if he would like to.

      Have just had the very worst experience with Truly Nolen. I recently received a "robo" call that a tech would be at my home on a certain day. This day was not convenient for me, so I called the office to cancel and told the woman who answered that "I would call them" to set up another date. I just received a bill from Truly Nolen for $122.00 which would indicate that the tech may have come to my house on the day specified by the "robo" call, despite the fact that I had cancelled service on that day. I never gave permission for them to come to my home, as I had not called to re-schedule. My lanai doors were locked, so how would the tech have possibly treated that area of my home? There was no explanation of service leaflet left on my door handle, nor indication that anyone had serviced my home. I have never signed an annual contract with this company. I called the office today to tell them that I will not pay the $122, and was met with a much less than professional response. Please help!!! Thank you!!!

      Response from the ******, ** branch manager regarding the customer's negative review:  

      We strive every day to meet our customer's ******* obligations. This obligation includes servicing during the appropriate month as per a customer's prearranged quarterly ******* months. We notified this customer several times that we were coming to do her regularly-scheduled, exterior only quarterly *******, in the month we were obligated by agreement to ******* her (August). Our ******* is designed to take a proactive approach to pest control by sticking to a regular schedule in order to keep the efficacy of products and treatments to a maximum. We do offer one-time *******s for purchase if needed, but not a "call-on-demand" pest control *******, which is what it appears this customer was seeking. We wish her the best and will waive the $122.00 August ******* invoice as a good-faith gesture.

      Worst service ever. Truly Nolen is a scam. I paid them for years only to constantly see roaches in my house. They also lied about treating the outside of my house. I knew they didnt show because of my security camera. I complained to the ************ said he would waive the last $55 fee. ****** in accounting said she would make sure to disregard the $55 fee and few weeks later I got a letter from a collection agency for the $55. Truly Nolen is a scam.

      We sincerely apologize for the oversight of this situation.  Truly Nolen takes customer service very seriously and takes pride in providing the quality service with utmost respect to its customers.  The manager called the customer to also apologize and let her know that the collection notice is being addresses immediately.  She owes nothing and the customer is being taken out of collection immediately.  The manager also provided his cell phone number for future needs.

      I give two stars only for the reason that I have been a customer for approximately 30 years, otherwise I would only give one star. Service was always top notch until recently when my main Truly Nolen rep retired. Now, after calling customer service more than once (you can't call the local office and have to go through a call center), and also leaving two messages through my online account, my disappointment continues as no one locally has communicated to either of my requests. I continue to be told that someone from the local office will contact me. To add to my disappointment, I received a quote for services, I signed the quote, only to find out five days later that the quote I received was wrong and the fee would need to be increased. Had Truly Nolen stood by their original quote I would not be canceling my service. Sad and disappointed.

      This is the worst service I have had and then on top of that to charge me a cancellation fee for a service that never got rid of the bug. Crappy service don't recommend using them they will spray and put down traps but don't guarantee anything as they say.

      ***** is the best!! He comes every time always on time and I never have any pests. If ants show up, I call and ***** comes out and does his magic so theyre completely gone again. Truly ***** always is courteous, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs!

      *************************** completed termite treatment on my home today in ******, **. He was totally professional. Called 30 minutes before arrival. Explained the entire process up front. Explained again as he completed each step in the process. Answered all of my questions about the service and products being used. He even got me the scientific names of the products instead of just the trademarks as my career was in this area and I know the scientific names and not all of the trademarks. ******* was A++++ . I have had great results from Truly ***** for years. I use several of their services regularly via ongoing contracts . I have always been very impressed with their people....especially *************************** today.

      The branch manager has reached out several times to the customer and unable to reach or leave messages.  ****** lives in *********** and her son is living at the property.  When the manager reaches out to the son, he just simply states that he will call Truly Nolen when he needs service and has no complaints other than the salesperson did not show up at the time he was supposed to for a rodent service, but has since completed the service.  Branch manager is waiting for customer to return his call.
