      Company clerk was extremely unprofessional on telephone and unilaterally discontinued/canceled service. I am new to having pool service with this company at this house and was asking for some help regarding the scheduling and timing of weekly service. I have had pool service at another house and my experience has been that they come at the same time of day each week. The first few weeks with this company at my new house were similar to my other house. Approximately same time each week. I called today because service personnel hadnt arrived. **************** person was not helpful and acted indignant that I would expect service the same time each week, or that I would ask to change the day or time of my weekly treatment. When I was told the treatment times vary each week and the date cant be changed, I then asked if I could receive a call ahead or text in advance of arrival. Was told no that it doesnt work that way. I said we have dogs and need some warning I was told she doesnt care about our dogs. I then said that Ill need to shop around for a provider who could do this , she said fine and hung up. 10 minutes later I received a cancellation notification via email. I had not canceled nor canceled my treatment for today but now I am left with unplanned termination of service and an untreated pool.
