    I dealt with **** one of the owners of the company. Ill have to say he was very thorough in his evaluation of my restaurant and felt very comfortable with him until I got his exclusive listing agreement. I have been a businessman for over 35 years and Ill have to say that some of the things in the agreement seemed off to me so I let my attorney review the documents. He had several recommendations and even wanted to let me know that some of the paragraphs in there were very unclear. And my restaurant is also located in ******* and he wanted the laws of ******* to apply in any litigation. What that means is that if we have any issues and it does have to go to arbitration then I must show up in ******* and I dont have time for that. I would advise everyone to take this to an attorney. It will be money well spent. There was quite a few sections in the agreement that I told him I wanted them taken off the table and he would not budge on any of them. He told me let my attorney sell the restaurant for me. He forgets that we are the customer! Im sure hes very successful at what he does but I would advise everybody to be very careful when they sign this agreement and make sure that they understand every section of it.
