    Those who say it cant be doneneed to get out of the way of those doing it!If youre reading this right now, Im sorry that youre in this position. Not to mention, being simultaneously brutalized because public information provides chum for the sharks in the water.When I read ***** ******* letter, he was sincere and straightforward compared to the piles of foreclosure correspondence I received. It was inevitable that I had to sell my home in NE **********, *******. ****** letter kept on popping up in various places while I was packing, so, I knew it was a sign. I decided to contact Real Options and Investments. Because of them I got my Hallmark happy ending, when it could have turned out so much differently.***** was confident and reassuring that we could close quickly. My home was scheduled for auction on January 9, 2025. When he emailed me the contract he wrote Lets work together to get this across the finish line.The team he assembled to help me are my heroes. First, he brought in legal counsel, **** *****, **** who provided me with my legal options. Then **** finalized the settlement agreements for the three litigations with liens on my title. We were aiming to close on January ********, ***** brought in ****** from Innovative Trust and Title to work in conjunction legal cousel, **** *****. Together they all successfully pulled off a Christmas miracle. We closed on schedule, Friday, January 3, 2025.If not for ***** ***** of Options and Investments, including the very capable team he assembled above; I wouldnt have been able to move into my new tiny house in ***********, ******* on January 6th. My legal problems are gone and I'm debt free. They truly provided me options for my situation and I know that they can do the same for you! Dont delaycall Options and Investments today.

    I was in the position that I wanted to sell my home, but it was old and needed a lot of work. I received a postcard in the mail from Real Options. I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with ***** and his wife. They were honest and upfront. They gave me a reasonable price for my house. They worked with me on my timeline and actually gave me more time to leave when I needed it. I can not say enough kind words that would convey what a pleasure it was to work with them.

    We were in the process of selling my father's home after he had passed away. There were several options that were presented by some of the larger well know companies but some of their business practices were a little shady. Then we were contacted by Real Options, there was no real pressure to sell the home to them. Frank the president of the company was straight forward about his approach in buying and selling properties. Frank personally came out to the house and inspected the property. Within 24 hours, we had and offer that was clear about the costs and the buyer/seller responsibilities. Their process is very streamlined and they closed the house within 30 days. I would high recommend them as option in selling your home.
