    They installed a new roof in Feb 2023, with a roof lifetime warranty against leaks. I noticed a leak on Jan 16, 2024, and reached out to them. They have not make any attempt to repair the leak, though I have been reaching out to them weekly since Janruary. I want my roof fixed, and them to honnor their warranty.

    We went out over a month ago to inspect the reported leak and found it was actually not a roof leak issue, it turned out to be AC condensation. We explained this is not related to our roof services but have not heard back.
