    During a declared "State of Emergency" declared for Lee, Collier Counties etc. by the Governor of FL on 6/13/2024 we flew into RSW from PHL on American Airlines flight 2365. We landed at RSW at Approximately 11:15 AM ahead of a very large thunderstorm. We were informed by airport personnel that due to lighting in the area they could not unload the baggage from the plane until the lighting stopped. We did not receive our bags until 2:30 PM. We were charged $93.15 by Naples Royal Transportation for waiting from 11:10 AM until 2:30 PM to take us home. We think this charge is excessive considering the circumstances. The delay was not due to any action by us. We never received a signed contract breaking out the charges they charged for delays etc..
