CORNONA VIRUS UPDATE
To all our Travelers
Further to the latest travel advisory updates and the increased level of concern regarding the incidence of coronavirus and to ensure our guest safety, Jet Vacations has adopted the recommendations of WHO, CLIA and IAATO in respect of guests who are due to travel with us.
We continue to monitor the situation pertaining the outbreak of the COVID-19 and are following the guidelines of Government travel advisories, World Health Organization (WHO), Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) as well as advice of our local representants, ground operators, ensuring our guest and staff health and safety is our top priority. Given the evolving nature of the situation' we will continue to follow guidance from the U.S. Department of State and the CDC and will respond quickly to any announcement of new requirements. Should there be any changes required to your itinerary, we will be in contact as soon as these are known.
With the exception of tours to Italy through April 25th, 2020 and China through May 31, 2020 all of our tours are scheduled to run as planned. We will be in direct contact with all our travelers should their travel plans need to change.
China - South Korea: The U.S. Department of State has issued a travel advisory to China and South Korea. We are working with our customers who are scheduled to travel to China - South Korea in the next few weeks to make changes to their itineraries. At this time' the U.S. Department of State and the CDC have not provided any specific timelines, as the situation is changing daily.
Italy: All of our tours to Italy scheduled after April 25th, 2020 are running as planned. Travelers on any upcoming departures will hear directly from our team should there be any potential changes to their tour itineraries.

Travel Insurance: please find following a link to the Jet Vacations Travel insurance provider with a current statement. Please note the insurance company that Jet Vacations offer policies does not allow for cancellations due to "fear of travel". At the present time, we have to abide to our Current Terms and conditions as stipulated in our Booking Forms.
