      The water system was installed one year ago. We needed 2 service visits. They want over $150.00 per service call. The system has had several issues with the pressure pump and pipes. The last water system lasted 20 years. I called them to ask about the water system manufacturer and was informed they were built inhouse. Why should I be having trouble with the new system?

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide the best possible service. After reviewing your complaint, we'd like to offer some clarification on the issues you've experienced:
      We completed a service visit on 8/6 that provided at no charge. During this visit, we identified and addressed an issue with sagging pipes caused by the pump running continuously, which led to overheating.
      Regarding the previous service calls:a) One call was related to a failed well pump. It's important to note that we didn't install or modify the well pump as part of our system installation.b) Another call was due to the system not producing water because a valve had been left in the off position.

      We understand your frustration with experiencing issues within the first year of installation. However, it's worth noting that these problems were not directly related to the water system we installed or were due to external factors.
      Our systems are designed to be reliable and long-lasting. While it's unfortunate that you've encountered these issues, we believe they are not indicative of the overall quality of our product.
