    I was looking for Homeowners Insurance and I was told to call Carpenters Insurance in Navarre. They are close to me, so I contacted them by email. A lady named Melissa ******* emailed me. Long story short. I have never dealt with an "agent" who was so rude and incompetent!!We went back and forth over my previous carrier. It got so ugly that her final email to me was basically telling me she won't do business with me!!! She wrote: "I'm sorry but I have discussed this with our GM and will not be able to assist you any further." Why? Because the updated 4-point Inspection with a completed minor roof repair with invoice and photo was "unacceptable." I will NEVER work with Carpenters Insurance again. I will tell my family and friends to stay away from CI because of their agent who was arrogant, rude and incompetent - MELISSA *******!

    We respectfully let you know that we couldn't help you any further. Your reply of "So, you're saying that an updated 4 -point inspection report with completed and documented repairs is ""unacceptable"" to you? And now you don't want my business?? Are you sure you stand by that decision, Melissa?" Clearly speaks to how you handle situations that don't go exactly how you want them. I will not allow my employees to be bullied and spoken down to. We wish you all the best in finding an agent that better fits your needs.
