I would give them no stars if I could. We had a negative experience with them a couple of years ago so I left a review reflecting that. Today I called them for service. They said they would send the guy out. I got a call back a few minutes later From a lady saying that she could not service us we were on a do not service list because we had left them a bad review. Well, Im here to tell you thats no way to get people thinking better of you. Whoever plans on using them can think for themselves. I would certainly go to a different plumber .

People, you have better chances to get a better treatment in another business than this one. I called this company, because they installed the ac unit in my home and apparently installed the panel in a very inappropriate location. The technician “Lee” came and basically try to coarse us to get another unnecessary repairs and as soon as we didn’t decide to proceed started to say things, next time don’t waist your money, my time and your time. When I tried to leave a feedback with the office the receptionist was as bad as him. Don’t expect nothing good coming from this company.

We at coolquest apologize for your experience with one of are techs and dispacture.we did not install the a/c unit for this customer.we did personally call and apologize and refund there money.The technician was at this customer's house for over an hour.After the tech told the customer the price The owner said he would contact his home warranty company for the repairN. Just to add, I agree we were aware that your company didn't install the unit, when the lady got my address she greet me as ****************** (or at least thats what I understood), which small world, it is one of my last names, I assume, somehow she knew who I was and probably that cause the confusion. 5 starsGordon, hey my name is Gordon I want to tell you about my experience with Cool Quest. I was having trouble with my air conditioner. I contacted Cool question they sent a technician out the same day to diagnose the problem. The technician his name is Rick was very professional explaining the trouble and options to repair or replace the unit. Within two days the unit was changed out in a new one put in place. Two weeks later supervisor Rob came to do the final inspection and everything went fine. I like to thank Cool quest for their service. I highly recommend them.Review fromChiara C

1 starI almost got rip off from this company Cool Quest . The reason why was the tech that came to my house told me I needed a condenser motor. The motor is under warranty it would cost 200.00 If not under warranty it would cost 800.00. when he came in my house he was coming up with ridiculous reasons and also went out side releasing Freon into the air. It had nothing to do with the Freon. His demeanor was very unprofessional. Since my condenser was under warranty... Total cost to for part and labor 587.00. Didn't sound right. Next day I called Cool Quest and spoke to a woman (Didn't get her first name) acted very rude and said cost would be 587.00 take it or leave it. Do you want the tech**** to come out and of course I said cancel. Had another company come out and guess what.....Only need maintenance to Ac and cost 85.00. I saved money. I believe this particular Tech **** was gouging. Have new AC company now. Also new comapany had to put Freon because it was low. Hmm I wonder whyReview fromJennifer D

1 starI believe this company intentionally tried to take advantage of my 92 year old mother by trying to pressure her into buying a new A/C unit for her condo when she had them out to perform a semi-annual maintenance. The technician, I believe it was ****, told her she needed a new unit and if she purchased it on the spot, for $7,400, he could install it the next day. We had a second opinion from another company who confirmed she did not need a new unit. However, they found that CoolQuest had not been performing the routine maintenance they were being paid for. The new company performed the needed work which cost her $1,100. (BBB: I have not provided my mother's name but listed mine as a contact. CoolQuest will not show me as a client.)Review fromRenee B

5 starsCoolquest service and equipment was amazing. They were a referral from our neighbors. We've been in our home for 2 years and noticed mold around our ducts. Had a company come out for mold remediation, but they never told us our ducts had huge gaps in the attic. Fast forward we hired Coolquest to redesign the duct work, install new ducts, install a new air conditioner and handler. The techs ***** and *** were very professional and thorough. We immediately noticed the house is cooler, less humidity, and better flow throughout the house. I would recommend them.
