    I went to Harley Davidson of new port Richey to have front and rear tire put on my 2019 CVO street glide and when I received the bike back there is a clicking noise coming from the back wheel that sounds horrible that this dealership denies it is there. **** was brought to this dealership 3 times and still not right and not fixed properly. They tried sending me to another dealership to fix there problem and the dealership thought it was funny that they would do this. I left a ****** review and they took it down and I just reposted it this dealership thinks they are gonna leave me with my 45 thousand dollar motorcycle broken from there negligence.. this is a horrible buisness and I want this issue fixed and resolved they think they are gonna ignore me and Im gonna go away thats not gonna happen. They are responsible to fix my bike and there mechanics cannot figure it out so Im left with a broken bike I want the owner of this horrible buisness to call me so I can let him know he needs to fix what his mechanics broke. Shame on new port Richey ****** for such horrible buisness tactics..

    On February 27th we reached out to ********** about his claim and coordinated getting his motorcycle picked up for another look into his concern.  Upon further communication with him and investigation by our service team we were able to duplicate his concern. After further investigation, we were able to determine the cause of the concern and remedy the cause of the issue. Weve met with ********** and discussed the concern and correction with him in the dealership.  ********** is satisfied with the outcome and has concluded there was no negligence on our part in the replacement of his tires or our original diagnosis of his concern.
