I am staying in a home with the promise I would have 6 months to be there. a month later I am told by the bank that now owns the home that I have 60 days to find a new place to live. I was given an agreement by the bank that I have 60 days to find a new home. the water was turned off by the previous owner who had the bill in there name and when I tried to get the water turned on in my name the water company is refusing to do it because the agreement I have with the bank that now owns the home is not a lease.

About 4 months ago I started receiving emails from Pasco County Utilities concerning a water bill. I have no service with Pasco County and the bothersome part of this issue is that the bills they send me are in the name of my deceased sister who passed in 2021. The house is owned by an LLC and I don't know if they are using my deceased sisters account or what the story is but I have called Pasco Utilities 4 different times and each time I get different responses as to why they cant remove my email address from this account. I don't want emails concerning someone else water bill, my sister is no longer with us so why is her named attached to the account and furthermore why is my email attached to an account for a house I never lived in. My first though is someone opened the account fraudulently but I cant get any info on this. I need this to stop or I will pursue it from a different angle. I have attached a sample of the emails I have been receiving.

This is the 2nd time I put in a complaint about the same issue and I'll give it one more try before I decided to take legal action. The last result from complaint ID is ****** was that the BBB couldn't get in touch with Pasco County Utilities which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. They are a utility company and humans do answer the phone. I am getting bills emailed to me and I have no service, what bugs me is that they are in the name of my deceased sister ************************* (See uploaded PDF). I want these idiots to remove my email from whoever has that account asap. I shouldm't have to put in a BBB complaint to get this done but the morons working at Pasco County wouldn't help me so this will be my last shot before a take the next step. They need to stop sending me monthly bills to my email address in the name of my sister who died over 2 years ago.

I have been changed for water usage due to a toilet issue that was there when I moved into a new rental home on Nov2 of last year. Upon moving in we started getting notices of high water usage to which me noticed our landlord of our toilet running non stop, the rental company finally had someone repair our toilet Dec20. It took ***************** some time to send me the invoice for the repair. Upon getting the invoice I sent it to Pasco Utilities on Jan 27. I have been told it was received, then told it was not. I have resent it and I have yet to have my bill adjusted. I was told to make a partial payment while waiting for it to be adjusted. Upon attempting to make my partial payment of **************************************************************************** the account has been declined however Pasco utilities has no problem taking a transaction fee from my account, not the rest of the money. After calling for 2 days to get my bill adjustment pushed through after receiving a final notice on my account I still have not gotten a solution. Today when trying to make a partial payment online the system did not give me the option to adjust my payment amount and charged me an unauthorized 720 dollar charge. I am requesting my bill be adjusted immediately and my 700 dollars be refunded so I can make the correct payment for the actual amount owed as 700 for 2 months of water for 2 people is unreasonable and its not my fault my toilet in a home I dont own was broken when I moved in.
