    Shoddy work, and then just disappeared leaving us to have to spend more money with another company to repair

    Hired company to fix pool pavers after hurricane damage. Repair was not satisfactory. Sales rep came to assess and agreed the pitch was wrong and would guarantee their work. Five phone calls, two in person visits to the business office, being told they would schedule us multiple times, and 6 weeks later, their faulty work has still not been corrected.
