Purchased three chemical peels from this company, called V1 Peel. It was a package which costed $1650. The first appointment was December 14. It went fine followed all directions. Second one was on January 8. Had a different person performing it. The next day I broke out with a very painful face and neck, sores to the point of bleeding. I followed the directions the same way I did the first time. Pictures are attached. I made several phone calls and did not get a response. Finally by email, I got a response to email the pictures to the doctor and she would get back to me. An office person called and said we don't give refunds.The Dr herself never responded. I canceled the appointment for February 8 and wanted a refund of 1/3 of the cost since I am not about to chance what happened the last time again. Skin is worse now than when I went in. I'm only asking for a refund of the procedure which will not be done which will be $550. This was at the Santa Rosa beach Florida site.Business response

We typically do not refund packages because they are a discounted rate for multiple treatments. However, in a case like yours where there has been skin irritation, we feel it is appropriate to refund some payment. Refunding the $550 is acceptable to us under the condition that you agree in writing to withdraw all complaints or online reviews related to this matter. Our records indicate that you paid $1299 for the package of three ViPeels and additionally $351 in SkinMedica skincare, we are willing to allow repayment of $550. We regret any difficulty you have had in addressing this matter and hope we can make things right.
