      On 12/30/2024 we purchased an New Axis 24.3 Motorhome from Gerzeny's RV in Nokomis, **. The unit was a 2023 model and we noted several things which required repair. They told us that after we had a chance to fully check out things unit to bring it back for Warranty Repair, which was fully covered. We took the unit out for a weekend shake down and on 2/26/2025 returned it to ********* for Warranty Repair. They told us it would be a few days for repair. We gave them a list of issues to be fixed, which included a dash heat problem, several roof leaks, a damaged table top, and some missing parts. As of today, 3/30/2025, we still do not have the motorhome repaired and returned to us. We have made numerous calls to ****** the Service Advisor, the Service Manager, and **** our Salesman, who have claimed they would see what they could do the get our Motorhome repaired. We have heard various stories about repair, parts ordered, and repairs done, and that it was almost done, but still they have not completed their work. At no point did they give us a date when their work would be done. We need the repairs completed soon so we can start using it.

      Hi, my name is **** *******. 1)?The salespeople at Gerzenys ** lied to us! We were told that our microwave was convection, It is not. 2) we were told that there was solar prep on the roof, There isnt 3) on day one we went to pick up the ** and they told us the heat wasnt working and that they would call us when the part arrived, they never did. 4) They made up a story to my wife telling her that they had spoken to me which they had not I will provide ******** documents. When we called them They said that they had the part and they scheduled an appointment for our ** to be fixed we were extremely happy at the time but that changed very rapidly. We spent all day in ********* after driving 3 hours from Daytona 5) At the end of the day they said they couldnt fix it. I asked if they could put us up in a hotel because we did not want to drive back to ******* and then have to come back again. Their salesman ** ***** told us he would pay for our hotel room as long as we brought back a receipt. We brought back the receipt the next day and they all acted like they didnt know what we were talking about including ****** in the service department who was standing right there with us when he told us. Eventually she copped to it but only after my wife called her out. They called us the next morning and told us that our ** was fixed and ready to go. We got home and The heat isnt working. 6) The cooler still doesnt work. Keep in mind that this is a brand new 2025 intech sol dusk with the Rover package. 7) they also turned off our batteries and ruined everything in our refrigerator. 8)when I went to fill my water tank I decided to open the black tank, which had nothing in it because we have never used the toilet before we have a cassette toilet and Someone had pooped in there. One of their employees decided to take a p*** in our toilet and not fix our heat or cooler I am a disabled veteran. The issues werent resolved and they took a p*** in our toilet as a parting gift.

      I was able to speak to Mr. ******* on 3/7/2025 and assured him that we will address his warranty issues.  Mr. ******* and I agreed that we will address the repairs at our Lakeland Location, as it is closer to his home and maybe a different location would work out better.  I emailed my contact info to Mr. ******** and he will let me know when his schedule permits him to drop off the unit at our ******** location.  We will be addressing the problem with the furnace and diagnose the issue with his outdoor kitchen cooler.  We have also committed to sanitizing his black water tank.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions at **********************

      Good afternoon, this is **** ******* my RV is still being serviced but I was just informed that it is still not fixed after being at the dealership since 3/10/25. I have a major surgery tomorrow and then the last day that I can pick it up will be 3/28/25 because we are going to ******** on 3/30/25 then from there we are driving to ****** and wont be back until August. Not sure if they will be able to fix it and its going to be cold in the Yukon!

      I went to Gerzeny's RV world to look at **'S. I was unsure if I wanted to make a purchase and was very hesitant about making a deposit and asked about getting a refund, if need be, on the deposit. The sales representative and finance representative clearly stated that they were not in the business to keep people's money, they are in the business to sell **'s. My wife and I understood that they needed the $5,000 deposit to run the credit check and to see what the payment would be. The team was very aware that we needed the payment to be $1,000 or under for us to purchase the ** since that is what we felt we could afford. The payment came in at $1098.00 which we cannot afford. We then told the company that we cannot proceed and they advised us that they will not refund our deposit.The sales team mis represented the process, this was fraud. When I stated over and over again that if we don't get to $1k or under on the monthly payment, we could change our minds and receive the deposit back and they clearly stated that they were not in the business to keep people's money, we are in the business to sell **'s. They had us sign a contract under false pretenses. They fraudulently induced us to sign the agreement thinking that they were only running a credit check to see what the payment would be and that we could back out if the payment wasn't satisfactory. We are looking to receive our deposit back since no goods or services were received and they will not return our phone calls and have stated that they will not return our deposit.

      Hello I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Forester 2351le On May 4,2024 from Getzenys world in Nokomis Fl.Our pick up day was On Thursday May 9. It had 1200 miles on it from the drive from the factory to dealer.On the drive home my husband noticed it was out of alignment and an issue with the brakes. When he would brake it would thump. During his drive the whole vehicle shook. He immediately called the dealership and was told to bring it to the mechanic they use,So he dropped it off. Less than 10 min and it was noticed.Friday May 10 at 2pm my husband called the mechanic and was told that they still hadnt gotten permission from ******** to go ahead with the repairs. They explained the brakes and rotors were completely warped, the alignment was off, all 6 tires were out of balance and one had a s**** in it. My husband then had to call the dealership to get the ball rolling. I find it extremely concerning that I bought a BRAND NEW ** that has this many issues right from the lot. I was told it came from your factory to them. As of Monday May 13 the mechanic didnt have the parts yet to complete the repairs. Tuesday May 14 parts were in and the tool broke. Wednesday and Thursday 15/16 still no tool. Its now Friday May 16 and I still dont have the ** because they still dont have the tool to fix it. The wrong one was sent to them. Today is day 8 of no ** and we are now told Monday. I feel like we are getting the run around on a brand new **. The dealership keeps telling us they are doing everything they can but it seems they knowingly sold us a bad vehicle from the gate.

      In late April 11 2024 I dropped my camper off at Gerzenys Rv to have the bearings repacked. I was told two to four days for service o be completed. I called several times and was told I was scheduled for the next day. All lies! Three weeks later after constant calling my camper was finished. I picked it up May 3rd. When I dropped it off I used my wheel chocks under the wheels to make it safe. I pointed out to **** the service person that they were my wheel chocks and wanted them back and was told not to worry they would be safe. Well when I picked up the camper, the wheel chocks were no where to be found. They said they would make it right and order me new ones to replace them but would take a week or two! More lies! Today, May 21st I called and they hadnt ordered them yet! This is an unexceptional way to conduct business! They do not have a comment board on theyre web site and I can see why. I chose Better Business in hopes the word will get out to others to stay clear of this business! Thank you PD.

      On 07/21/2021, ************************* and ************************* ordered a 2022 Wonder RV manufactured by Leisure Travel Vans (***) from Gerzeny's RV World of Nokomis, purchase contract number ******* and *** order number *****. On 07/20/22 the order was revised for a 2023 Wonder RV. On 03/11/24, more than 30 months after placing the order ****************** and ******************** notified *************************, salesman for ********* RV World of Nokomis, that they were cancelling the contract due to cause and requested return of the $15,200 deposit. The deposit consists of a credit card payment of $5,000 and a wire transfer payment of $10,200. On 03/20/24, **************** notified us that the delivery was still another 10 -11 months away and that the revised purchase price was unknown (the price has already increased approximately 20% from original order price) but didn't mention return of the deposit. On 03/28/24, we sent another email to **************** restating that we cancelled the contract for cause and requesting the return of our deposit. On 03/28/24, ***************************, Manager at Gerzeny's RV World, called and stated that ********* RV World of Nokomis would not be returning our deposit. Attached are the original 07/21/21 purchase contract and order, the 07/20/22 revised order and the *** order status dated 02/02/23, our emails cancelling the contract and requesting return of the deposit and **************** reply to our emails.

      Purchase contract date 6-1-23.Deposit paid: $5000 Business was to provide a brand new 2023 Forester 3011DS MH, stock #*****, VIN #*****************. On the day of the first promised delivery it was discovered that there was a hole in the propane tank. After several weeks of waiting for the repair we had a 3rd party inspection by a Master NRVIA Inspector which resulted in the discovery of major issues including but not limited to the generator not working, the leveling system was not working, safety cameras installed upside down, holes in the curbside slide out allowing for element intrusion, etc. Overall 266 items were inspected and 39 items failed. We provided the report to Gerzenys who advised that they would perform the repairs prior to delivery. On 8-24-23 we had the unit reinspected, after Gerzenys advised that all the repairs were complete and the unit was ready for delivery. However, the reinspection report came back to discover that only 17 of the 39 issues were repaired, the leveling system and other major issues remained. At that point, since Gerzenys had lied to us for the third time about the unit being ready and inspected for delivery, we lost confidence in their ability to provide us with a safe coach. We wrote and called on numerous occasions for a refund of our deposit in good faith and never received a response. We have a significant amount of documentation that is too large to attach. We are attaching the contract showing the deposit but have all the inspection documentation and documented resolution attempts that went ignored by Gerzenys that we will gladly provide if you can us a drop box link or large document repository link for your review.

      Good morning ******,:  To whom it may concern regarding this complaint. 

      ***************** and ***************************** contracted purchase on 6/1/2023  2023 Forest River Forester 3011DS..   Signed buyers order, paying cash for this unit, no conditions for this sale, deposit was non refundable, and signed by purchaser.

      Scheduled delivery for 7/13/2023. Customer did not show for delivery.  We had to reschedule delivery again for 7/21/2033.  We had to re clean the coach and move appointments to fit this delivery in for this second date.  New clean, new prep and schedule for second time. Just prior on 7/19/2023 Customer decided to schedule a private inspector, ( on this NEW unit under warranty)  and this was not a condition of this agreement to the sale, since it is a factory fresh NEW unit, not pre owned.  The inspector typed up a list of things wrong with the unit.  We fixed most of the issues.  On 8/3/2023 we reported back to the customer, as many items were completed, and if a problem in the future the coach is under warranty.   We addressed all issues.  ******** called for another inspection, from her inspector, we mentioned that there no need forthe inspector again, since the technician will do walk and go over everything in the coach before delivery, to ease all issues and prove all was great with the coach.  Inspector came out anyway for the second time, and noted the same items, and did not want to speak to ************** or service advisors.    On 8/26/2023  customer requested monies back, deposit.  We did everything she had asked us to do and then the extra mile.  We sent a letter back on 8/26 stating that we were more than accommodating to assist in delivering the coach.  Restated she had a 1 year warranty, and she signed a legal and binding sales purchase agreement, with no conditions other that a non refundable deposit.  We did say that if ************ and Ms. ************* did not want this coach, being accommodating, we would transfer the deposit to another coach.   Thank you so much.  If anything else is needed please do not hesitate to reach out to me.   ************************;   ************

      Picked up RV in August of 2023.Several concerns regarding workmanship/craftsmanship detailed to Gerzeny's by myself.Provided photos and RV itself.Several months delay in picking up RV by ********* service.Proposal of trade-in value not honored, even though workmanship/craftsmanship issues are not of customer doing.$65k + for RV purchase. Current loan existing.Numerous months of delay from ********* on pick-up of defective HQ19 Black Series. Photos easily depict valid customer concerns, after only ******** of possession.

      ****************** purchased a 2022 ************ HQ19 from us on June 26, 2023. It remained at our dealership until he picked it up in August,2023. The Black Series trailer comes with a Manufacturers Factory Warranty. It includes a 15 year structural warranty and one year on workmanship and materials.


      Gerzenys RV World does not warranty the product, as stated in our purchase agreement, but is an authorized warranty repair center for Black Series. As with most warranties, Black Series requires us supply a list of repairs requested by the customer. Black Series will then look over the repairs and approve or deny those repairs. Most times they will require additional information, diagnosis, pictures etc. Once approved by Black Series we can begin the warranty repairs needed.


      ****************** brought his trailer in for warranty repairs in December. The next day he returned and  expressed an interest in trading out of the Black Series for another product. Our sales team did find a unit that would work and the ******** made an offer to purchase it. We were unable to sell the unit at their offered price.


      *********************** told ****************** he would contact one of the owners who did give **** a bottom line price. This reduced price was not acceptable at that time. That offer is still available if they are interested.It would be trading in the 2022 Black Series for a **** Sporttrek for a difference of $15,086.75 plus taxes a fees.


      We will continue to diagnose the repair issues and work with Black Series to get approvals for the repairs requested. Should ****************** decide to move forward with a trade he can contact *********************** or *********************** in our sales department.

      The ** World response does not provide adequate reply to my fair and just concerns. All information below is factual and can be proven.
      My name is ***********************. I purchased a Black Series HQ19 ** from Gerzenys Nokomis. I picked up the ** in August 23. Please see attached photos showing the current condition of the **** just 4-months after picking up from Dealership. I have never moved the ** outside of picking up from Gerzenys in August and setting up stationary at ***************** *********, ** 34224.  I purchased the ** virtually.
      My sales representative was **********************************

      Purchase price was $65,032.08.
      I began calling in for service/craftsmanship/functionality issues within 1-month after pick-up. Consistently called Gerzenys service department. The service representative, ***************************** was extremely difficult to contact. She can attest to this fact. There were numerous attempts to reach service throughout the 4-month period in which the ** was at my stationary location.

      After 3+ months of attempting to have Gerzenys pick up defective **, they finally picked up the ** on 12/5/23. This was after I was told it would be picked up a couple of times before, and never was picked up. I was out of state for numerous months and attempted to have the repairs completed while not utilizing the ** and provided notes indicating ** access and keys.

      On 12/5/23, myself and my wife drove to Gerzenys to express our dismay with ****** experience. I physically stayed just 4-nights in the **. Period. Never, relocated the ** from its original docking point. Never.
      Also, there was a brand-new roll of electrical tape stuck to the roof surface upon pick-up. Unsure what that was doing there. Again, unprofessionalism exposed.

      Issues with ** are below:
      Cabinets do not close or open properly.
      Cabinets are misaligned all throughout **.
      Significant water leakage from restroom sinks into cabinet area below.
      Interior sealant pealing and missing throughout interior ceiling.
      LED strip broken on interior above kitchen sink.
      LED lighting misrepresented on remote.
      Lighting switch does not work consistently on restroom light.
      Light in restroom personal did not work without replacing additional batteries.
      Air Conditioner failed to work properly. Froze over. Cracked surface cover was found upon accessing the roof.
      Paint fading on lower exterior bars (supposed to be red in color)
      Significant paint fading on exterior throughout.
      Sealant breakage on exterior.
      Dents on interior cabinetry.
      The A/C dripped heavily within **.
      Rust around exterior doors.
      Broken Canopy/Awning stand/support.

      After making Gerzenys aware of all above, my wife and I were extremely concerned with what else could be wrong with the vehicle. We are very worried about any issues that we cannot visually confirm.

      *Upon pick-up, noticed there was no clamp holding in the propane tank. Corrected prior to leaving site.

      I made my concerns known and expressed desire to return ** out of safety concern. Not asking for a full return, just an exchange due to the multitude of defects on ** sold by ********* Nokomis.
      Was told by sales representative, ***********************, that my trade in value would be $50k. This is a fact. I was told that this was the value of the trade-in. Also, advised that I would be able to trade into different ** if so desired.
      Although, I was not happy about the low value and being required to trade *************** in for different **, agreed to proposal issued by ***********************. Felt as though the ** should have been taken back for remaining loan amount.
      I advised that we would place a deposit of $10k and agreed to trade into a new 24 Venture ** Sport Trek ST251VFK. I have also made it very clear, that my wife and I would be willing to place $25k down if it would make loan easier to secure for Sport Trek **.

      I advised that we originally placed $10k down on the Black Series and still owed $54,949.96 on current loan.
      This would indicate approximately $15k in lost equity, consisting of initial $10k deposit on Black Series and loss of $5k in variance from loan balance to trade-in balance.

      My wife and I completed another credit application for the new **.
      Then, in 2-days time, were told we would not get $50k in trade (as we were told), but only $46k. This reasoning was because, as said by the finance representative and the sales representative, that the trade in Black Series would require approximately $15k-$20k in repairs. This was not my fault. The ** was sold by Gerzenys with these issues. Brand new **!!!!! With all of these issues. Not due to myself or any fault of mine. Gerzenys knowingly sold the ** with these pre-existing issues!!!
      Then, when I asked for Gerzenys to lower the price of the Sport Trek **, down by $4k, was told that the book value for the Black Series was just updated in the past month, reflecting the 24 model years.

      I then advised Gerzenys that I had been trying to send the ** back for 3+ months prior. Gerzenys was the delay in the ** being picked up. Not me!! Also, I showed Gerzenys that the same Sport Trek ** was being sold at any place not named Gerzenys for $47,987 (IE: optimumrv.com; Stock# 0KZ427). Originally, the sales representative, *********************** and the finance representative told me that the model year for the Sport Trek was for a 23, then after showing them the listing, they stated they too could sell the ** for that price, if they wanted to, however, chose not to. Unbelievable!! Simply, unbelievable. How can I receive some assistance?

      Now, my Wife and I have no **, outside of the 4-days we were able to use the Black Series with water leakage and no A/C. We will be securing hotel stays. Gerzenys was supposed to pick up the ** months ago while I was out of state. Now, we are forced to secure a hotel.

      Will be seeking reimbursement from Gerzenys for:
      Unnecessary hotel fees.
      $54,949.96 on current loan to fully satisfy balance.
      New ** for listed sales price at $47,987.

      As you will easily see, the ** should have NEVER been sold by Gerzenys in this state. Completely unprofessional and lacked integrity.
      I will be securing legal counsel for my resolution.
      I will be submitting any complaints at my disposal.
      I believe, there has been a significant injustice done to me and my wife.

They traded in their ************ trailer on a **** Sporttrek travel trailer. They will be finalizing the paperwork and delivery will be later this week.

      My wife and I signed a contract on December 8, 2021 that we thought was a boilerplate contract thus we did not feel we needed a lawyer to review the contract. And we had no reason not to take our salesperson at his word that if delivery was not made within 18 months we would have the option of getting our deposit back. We operated under this premise. We have recently learned that our salesperson was new to the company when we signed the contract. Within the first year, we contacted our salesperson to tell him that we were no longer interested in purchasing the Leisure Van and asked if we could get out of the contract and get our deposit back. He told us again that we had to wait the 18 months for ********* to deliver the Leisure Van and if it wasn't delivered at the end of 18 months then we could get our deposit back. As a result of this conversation, we waited with fingers crossed that the delivery date would not be met within the 18 months by *********. After waiting the full 18 months for the Leisure Van to be delivered by *********, on June 8, 2023, we requested our deposit be returned. Today, nearly 21 months after signing the contract, we received a letter (August 10, 2023) from ********* refusing to refund our deposit. The contract, my wife's letter requesting the refund and ********* letter refusing the refund are attached.

      Before I start answering questions keep in mind we are young couple male 19 female 20 in army reserve trying to find something that we can use as a home or find a place to live in a rush.June 20th of 2023 was the transaction date We paid $2500 down on a travel trailer/ camper They said we would get approved for it/ seemed confident we would be approved took our money and said they would let us know if we got approved or not. We were supposed to get the camper/ travel trailer in the next few days after.Now we are looking to get our deposit back but they say it has to go to one of the main stores/ corporate and they have to make sure the money is there then send it back.       We did take a deposit of $2,500.00 from **************** ******************* who was trying to purchase a 2019 ******** travel trailer. She completed a credit application that was sent to our lenders. Unfortunately we were not able to obtain credit for ****************. We have run a credit on the credit card used for the initial deposit on June 27 at 12:29, copy attached. I am not sure how long it takes for their bank to post the credit but normal a couple of days.

      ********************** was correct in saying that any refund would have to be initially okayed to be processed at our Nokomis location, the corporate office. **************** should receive her refund within the next day or two, we have finished our part and now is up to the credit card processor and bank.
