      I wasnt made aware this would be a reoccurring payment, I am losing money I need on a purchase I do not use, I would like my money back for the 2 months I have been charged, I have contacted them and no results.

      The attachment you provided literally says recurring payment. The only email we received from you was you ordering parts with your sponsorship. All you had to do is send us an email and we would have canceled your subscription. That has been done for you. There is no option for a refund.

      I entered a sponsorship with car sponsors.com. I initially paid $39 for the first month and tried to cancel after that there was no way I can cancel. I sent the company various messages and they have taken $39 for the last 2 months out of my account every month. I have since talked to my credit card company the company corresponsors.com has not returned any of my emails or try to reach out to me. I would like a refund as the advertised I can cancel at any time yet have not canceled my account

      I purchased a tier for my Saab 9-3, but I never received anything in the mail from them nor any further emails about the sponsorship going through.

      Im sorry to hear this report but we have had no communication from them ordering a part.through their sponsorship - We have canceled their subscription.

      04/18/2024 most recent transaction.I signed up for a sponsorship over a year ago only to find out the parts were sub par. I have attempted now for a year to cancel my account and they keep charging me. I've gone through the site, called them and e-mail. I don't use them anymore. I have accessed my account in so long I don't remember the information to log in any more. It's been $39 a month for 12 months. A total of $663 ************ is a scam, and they won't let you cancel.Do not do business with them!

      I am sorry to hear this but we have no email from him at all canceling. The last communication with this member was offering him a sponsorship on a ****** 4x4 part that he submitted. We have no phone line and as it states on our site all you need to do is email us and you will be canceled within 24 hours. I have canceled his subscription so this is now resolved.

      I deserve a refund. I had a different email that I don't have access to anymore. I did send multiple emails. I went through all of the process and never got a response from you. I at least want half of what was taken from me.

      Just to clarify - we dont stock or sell any parts - you told us what part you wanted to order. So for the email - even if you no longer have access to an email address we will and have records of every email we receive and we have no email from you at any other email address. We searched both your name and other identifying variables and found no email canceling.

      I paid ***** in the begining for this carsponsor.com. Then they charged me again ***** a month later. I did not know it was a per month thing. I want to cancel and get refunded as they did not even spomsor one thing that I asked about and just gave me a 10% discount. I can get that plus more on just an everyday purchase. This is a scam.

      We are sorry to hear this but after checking our communications it looks like we offered Kodi a FULL sponsorship and we were waiting for him to tell us what product he wants to start with. When he canceled the subscription we canceled him per his request. I am not sure why this is a complaint at all.

      I came across ads for carsponsors and applied for their $39.00 package March 9th at 10:49am. Since paying for the subscription, I haven't received anything in the mail or email wise regarding any sponsers or information in general. I can't login to the account I made because it responds with "email not found." Today is April 9th and they are trying to pull money from my account again. I would like my subscription canceled and for them to refund my money to me. I just want to put this whole fiasco behind me and not have to worry about them charging me for nothing again.

      We have canceled his subscription and refunded his payment. We have been in communication with this member on a daily basis so not sure why he filed this complaint but he is all taken care of now. Refunded and canceled.

      We didn't receive an email from customer saying they wanted to cancel. An email could have been sent and received within a few minutes tops!  Cancelation on our end would have happened within 24 hours and have been effective from the date and time stamp on the email. I do not believe there is a faster way to cancel.This subscription has been canceled

      I paid $26 for the pro level sponsorship and it doesnt let me sign in I want my money back this is terrible.

      We are very surprised to hear this report! We have been in communication with ****, we offered him a full sponsorship on a product request that HE submitted and he then asked us to sponsor his racecar. It really makes no sense why he filed a complaint with BBB but we have refunded his payment and canceled his account.

      02/22/23 I bought the $14 sponsorship subscription, just to find out after they emailed me and had me setup an account that I can't login and view anything due to "email not found" and they won't contact me. I'd like to Cancel this subscription and get a refund.

      I am sorry to hear this report but it is not factual. He not only had access to his account, he logged in and submitted for a sponsorship order for a set of wheels from Perfection and we responded to him with his sponsorship details and price. We asked if he was ready to move forward and he did not respond. That was just 2 days prior to receiving this complaint. We have his read receipt so we know he received our communications. "Customer viewed on Feb 23 @ 9:58 am"
