I am embarrassed to state that I did not seek a review of this company before I hired them for my windows and doors. This is the worst company to hired for anything. They do not communicate or care about you after they get your order. My windows were partially installed in *************************************************************** by December 15, 2023. This date was a joke in my option. I had two schedule installation dated, first contractor stated the Frame was the wrong size and he could not install the door. I called the office, and I was told that the company would order another frame. I am still waiting on the frame. On 2/15/2024 I was told that a contractor would install my door on 2/16/2024. No one arrive and we did not get a phone call to tell us that there was a problem. The **************** is the worst. If you don't call the office there will be no communication. I also called the Regional Manager and that was a joke. They don't care. I feel abused by the staff at New South Windows Solutions. I would not recommend this company.
