    ***** A/C Compressor Amazon purchase for $211 and installed in late May with labor/freon cost of $320. 2 days later not working. June 19 Dealer checked, said no freon and charged $342 for labor/freon. 2 days later not working and back to the Dealer 6/24. They kept overnight, did die test and said Compressor leaking. They double checked 6/27 and same result. Requested replacement asap and have kids, extremely hot last 2 weeks + 90's next several days in ** and reimbursement for labor plus $300 to have new compressor installed. Sent receipts for all charges! Got reimbursement for compressor but no response to labor costs. 7/11 sent cust. svc. comprise for me to buy new compressor for $50 and they send overnight with free shipping. 7/16 sent to ******************, Co-Owner, no response to either July emails. Already paid $642 for labor, will have to pay another $320 to have installed again, totaling approx. $1,000 and not in budget to add yet another $211 + shipping for 2nd A/C. That's over $1,200 for a job that usually costs $500!

    Given all that I and my family have gone thru with their product, in record breaking heat and the facts in my complaint plus the money Ive already paid, I would think they would jump on a chance to settle this given my offers.  And although I bought a new part, I have no idea if they actually sold me a re-manufactured part, given how evasive and unethical they've been in responding to my attempts to resolve this in a timely and win-win manner for both of us.

    From their website they state that: 

    We sell both new and remanufactured a/c compressors for thousands of different cars and trucks.  Each compressor is tested for noise, leaks,and vibration. All of our compressors come pre-filled with the correct amount of PAG oil.  

    I bought the product from them on the basis of this claim and other info. But thats clearly not accurate and false advertising because if it was true and each compressor is inspected and tested several times prior to shipment, then how did mine get thru the above and was sold with a leak?

    Lastly,I have no idea what their response means. If they want to work with me to resolve my compliant asap, I welcome that.  And if thats their intent, look forward to them clearly stating the next steps re: what they'll do by when and what they want me to do by when, to resolve this.

    The customer placed an order for this item on Amazon and received a full refund, as evidenced by the attached invoice screenshot. Subsequently, the customer is requesting reimbursement that exceeds the original payment, which is not permissible and contravenes Amazon's selling policies. This behavior appears to be an attempt at extortion, which is neither fair nor appropriate. Please examine the invoice for confirmation of these details.

    on June 11th, I thought I was purchasing a "remanufactured" A/C compressor for my 2018 GMC Terrain. (Order # *********). What I received was a used auto part with a very crappy spray paint job on it. But i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Man was I wrong; after paying $586.66 to have it installed just to find out it was a used piece of junk. i was deceived in my purchases, and i want to be reimburse for the labor, since it's obvious they knowingly sent me a junk part that was just a used part. No where on their website do they sell used auto parts, so this part was purposely sent to in non-remanufactured condition. The federal trade commission says, "remanufactured auto parts must be sold in a like new condition" Maybe i should have read the reviews they have done this same thing to 100"s of people. Their warranty is invalid, because i was not sold what i ordered. so this makes their warranty policy invalid and i want the labor reimbursed along with the reimbursement for the part.

    Around April or may of last year I ordered an AC compressor from them. The part never worked properly. It wasn't obvious that the issue was the compressor until now (when I took the car to multiple car repair shops who confirmed this was the issue). They refuse to send me a replacement or refund. I know they say it's a one year warranty but it's not an obvious problem when it takes time to install a part, when the part works for about a month, then it's winter here and I don't get to try it out until this summer and I need to diagnose the issue.

    Received a compressor to replace in my vehicle. It went bad after a day. Contacted them and received a replacement. That one went bad after a week or two. Contacted R&Y again, stated that I would need to replace everything in the ac system. Product was under warranty so asked for a refund. The company sent a shipping label and I returned it. Have yet to receive a refund and this was about two month ago now. No response from company either after several emails. I also purchased another compressor from another company and has been working for over two months now. I just want my money back, product has been returned and is under warranty.

    2 days ago I was going to order the 2007 HUMMER H3 LUXURY 3.7L A/C COMPRESSOR AND CLUTCH (FG337) listed for ****** on the **************************************** but I had to wait for my check today. It was in my repairmans cart which I could even give his name. and it was on as the repairman working on my vehicle showed me this and he also added the product to his cart. It was also on **** for ****** same company. Now this product shows as ****** on **** and ****** on ryconpressors website. I contacted them about honoring the price of ****** which it was just a few days ago and literally never heard anything back although the customer service took my name number and stated they would. Price gouging in a matter of days should be illegal.     After receiving a what was supposed to be a new compressor, it was used. I then saw a bunch of other complaints on Amazon from other customers, that same thing happened to them . This is very deceptive, and I considered fraud

    I purchased a compressor PN# KT DH95 in the amount of $184.03 on Feb. 1, 2023 on Invoice# ********** for a **** dodge Dakota. This compressor was advertised as a direct replacement on their webpage ********************************************************************************** The compressor provided was the incorrect one as the electrical connector is incorrect, and the sealing surface of the compressor was damaged and would not seal. I advised R&Y A/C Compressors of this and they had me send the compressor back to them, which they received Feb. 14, 2023 @ 3:59PM and signed for by SSandra which was confirmed via ***** tracking# **** **** ****. I have sent R&Y A/C Compressors several emails requesting they resend me the correct compressor, or a refund. I have yet to receive any response, refund, or compressor. This is a fraud, and should be illegal since they took money for something they couldn't produce, and also received back at their facility.

    Hello, I ordered an AC compressor for a car that was guarenteed to fit but it did not. I went through the process of recieving the information on hour to return the product, it was approved and was sent on on the 28th of September. I have made several calls and spoke with a woman who will not give her name and cuts you off before you can finish speaking. I was told on Wednesday 10/5/22 that a check would be sent in the mail and I would recieve an email with the tracking number. I never recieved an email. I made a few calls back after a couple of days and had the same experience. It is now Monday 10/10/22 and have not recieved an email. I have called three times today, the lady took my order number to look it up, put me on hold hung up. I called again, ****** on the phone for 30 minutes and no answer. I am currently on the phone again and I am caller number one in the que but I do not count on them answering. This is unacceptable. I forget to add that my spouse also made several attempts to make contact. When she explained who she was ans why she was calling they hung up and would not answer our phone calls. The transcation amount was $197.94 The order numbee is **************

    R&Y A/C compressors has a store in amazon. I purchased on June 30th, 2022 a Remanufactured ** compressor and clutch AIG302 for my 2013 Dodge Dart in the amount of $236.63. I received my item on July 5th, 2022. I hired a mechanic to install the ** compressor and was informed the part did not work. I took my car to intregity Auto here in KY and they ran test and stated the same thing. I contacted R&Y and they stated to me that I needed to contact Amazon because there is a 60-day window that Amazon handles all request for the parts order through Amazon. I contacted Amazon on July 8th. 2022 so they can get me a replacement part. On July 18th, ************************************************************************ that ryc has not contacted them back about the replacement. I then contacted R&Y directly and they repeated that all requests must go through Amazon. I requested to speak to a supervisor and they told me that one would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. I never received the phone call back. I had no choice but to order another part from another company. I then contacted Amazon for them to put in the request for a refund on July 18th, 2022. It is now July 25th, 2022 and I have yet to hear back from Amazon in regards to my refund status. I had to then pay a mechanic a second time to install the new compressor. I called the company to complain because I came out of pocket to install a defective device that should have been tested to see if it was properly working before shipment. They told me they don't cover labor. I'm out of pocket hundreds of dollars because the company sent me a defective part. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was on hold for 42 minutes and the call dropped at 5:00 p.m. est. When I called immediately back, automated message said they were closed. I need to be not only refunded, but covered for the initial install I paid for installing a broken piece of equipment. The defective device has been shipped back. They are unprofessional.

    I ordered an ac compressor for my ****** altima. They sent me the wrong ac compressor. It's not even the ac compressor in the picture as it is different and does not fit. I have emailed r &y and I was just told to call them. I did mention on the email I want to send it back. I have tried calling and it always says there's 4 people ahead of me. I've been waiting and I cannot speak to anyone. I want to send it back and get a full refund as its the wrong ac for another car.
