The business only rotated 2 of my 4 tires. The employee stripped my wheel lock key so he could not get the last tire off the vehicle due to him stripping it. The owner used extreme language and told me to leave his shop when confronted with the situation. What professional tire shop only rotated 2 tires and tells you to leave after they make a mistake and can't fix it. I had to buy the new wheel lock key and pay for the other 2 tires to be rotated. This is all the fault of this shop and I believe it only right they be held responsible and pay my costs for the new wheel lock key and tire rotation. This expense would not have occured if they did not strip my wheel lock key and leave me stranded with only 2 of 4 tires rotated on the vehicle.

Business is not responsible if any wheel lug nuts or lock key breaks, that wheel lock was tightened somewhere else with a electric impact driver when is supposed to be tightened by hand .. on the process to remove it gets stripped. Once again, shop is not responsible for that and never used so called extreme language  hope this helps. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: It shows how unprofessional the shop is and under qualified they are to work on any vehicle. They used a high impact tool to take off 3 of my 4 tires. The owner admits you should not do that in his response. Then why did his shop do that? Furthermore, what professional shop rotates 2 tires, strips your key and can not rotate the other 2 tires. Regardless, if they want to take responsibility or not for stripping my key. The whole point of this is to warn the public of incompetent and under qualified services being given in our community. What kind of place rotates 2 of 4 tires and then sends the customer away because they can not finish the job? That is why consumers take their cars to professionals to avoid stripping parts or having jobs unfinished and professionals take responsibility for their mistakes and finish the jobs they are hired to perform. Clearly this business is not professional and does not meet those standards so the community needs to be warned. Im not gonna argue with the shop owner for a less than $50.00 job he could not complete. I just do not want any other members of community to have a bigger issues in the future. If they wont take ownership for a small problem, you think they will for a bigger one?

    Sincerely,

    - Date: 01/06/2022 till 04/14/2022. - Amount: $1,434.38 - He kept original installed parts without previously asking. - A week later my car failed again, he blamed *** for making "faulty parts". - Couple days later same part failed AGAIN, told him IS NOT POSSIBLE the part is faulty, he insisted it is. - He said new parts would arrive in a week, took almost 2 months for them to arrive (never replied texts and when finally did, he said "I completely forgot about it"). - When parts arrived, he delivered JUST ONE of them, the other one he refused to deliver. - He wanted me to sign a paper stating warranty is expired and I can not make any claims regarding the job or the parts, otherwise he wouldn't give me the part(s). - Refused to refund money even though he delivered half the items I paid for (+ job wasn't completed). - Blocked me from WhatsApp and stopped answering calls or texts. Screenshots of conversations are in Spanish, if needed I'll attach them as well.

First of all the latest day on the invoice is because he requested a copy and thats when we printed from “ history invoice “ as you can see.
we did NOT stay with his parts.. vehicle came in with hard brake pedal and it has been diagnosed and resulted in a bad Brake booster and brake master cylinder “ booster had brake fluid inside due to leaky master cylinder “
they approved job to replace defective parts so we did . 2 weeks later the hard brake pedal again and we said “ well maybe parts is defective , it happens is parts at the end but no worries .. We have warranty” In this case the master cylinder is good only the booster is bad so we Place an order on the dealer to get a new one as warranty, BUT they did not have it in stock and could take 1 week to arrive Now at this point customer dont want to wait and asked of HE bring a USED brake booster we can install it as warranty and when the NEW Booster arrive he can keep it .
We agreed on that and explained that after that wont have any warranty since he don’t want to wait a week for new part and we installing his Used part .
He claims we did not ask him if he wants the old parts back ? We dont ask , no one does.IF you want to keep old parts CUSTOMER Needs to request that at the moment other wise they get disposed.
The job was done and the used booster broke as well and because there is another part that need to be replaced in order to stop damaging the brake booster at this point is imposible to deal with this customer since is harassing, texting to personal phone number not business even after normal business hours .
He have the brand new brake booster from dealer that he requested, we installed his used booster as he requested and The new brake master cylinder we installed is Still installed in the vehicle . We haven’t kept any new parts that he paid for .
NOTE: as of right now my lawyer has been notified and will proceed with a case against this person due to harassing and “ Defamatory posts in social media “ I include the pictures so you can see what this person is doing “ and is not legal “
this will be my last response and there is no apology for this kind of person .
