I applied for a loan through them originally I was approved for 800 I only received 700 of that they charged me a processing fee of 100 dollars right after signing with them I lost my job and was kicked of the food delivery platform I was using I reached out to them explaining I lost my job and I was filing for unemployment when my unemployment was approved I would finish making the payments however they want 1934 dollars from me when I only received 700 and I've paid off ************************************************************************* out I literally tried to work things with them I feel like they are a scam and they charge way to much for such little received. They are unfair and I really think they should be investigated because they are over charging people and they are not willing to work with you if I would have known this I would have never dealt with them I really need help because they are trying to ruin my life over 500 dollars

Fundo keeps taking payments out of my account which is outside of the agreed upon dates for our settlement. I filed a **** complaint the first time around with tons of evidence and proof. The most I got was a formal contract of the agreement so that I had something in writing. Well they just did it again TODAY July 12, 2024. Left my account in the negative. Worse, I am in ******* experiencing a five day power outage due to Hurricane *****. I spoke to ********* who even admitted they were wrong and is proccessing a same day refund. Confirmation number: 2407121020341O1. But my problem is Fundo has done this to me before including even telling me I would get a refund just for it not to happen. I ate it that time because it went towards my settlement. I cant afford to this time. We have no power no food and thanks to this happening again no money. There are so many other things Im leaving out as well even in terms of all that went down with the **** complaint. But this is an emergency terrible situation and Fundo should not have done this! The payment wasnt supposed to come out until July 19th. It is for $100.00 per the agreement.

Hello ******, upon receipt of your message, your request was immediately honored and the transaction was voided ahead of the payment finishing processing. You were advised that this may result in an additional credit to your account and that we would address this if it happened once things settled a bit in your area. However, as the transaction was voided, it is likely it never actually even posted to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience and remain sorry to hear of impact the recent storms have had on Texas residents such as yourself. As a South Florida based company, we understand all too well the impacts of these sudden floods.

I took out a loan in November 2023 for $1000. With interest and fees my repayment amount is $2880. I ended up defaulting on the loan and they placed a UCC lien against my personal and business accounts. I am currently trying to repay the loan. They are now telling me I owe $4930. There were 2 offers given to me. 2 payments payments equally $3697 and the loan would be repaid or a down payment of 1479 and the balance broken down into weekly payments of $150. I countered there offer. I am willing to pay the loan amount plus fees and interest as originally agreed which amount to $2880. Fundo is requesting a copy of all my business and personal bank statements, cash app, PayPal and venmo statements in order to consider my offer.

      Complaint: 21738606

I am rejecting this response because:

I had a 6 week $50 agreement with Fund LLC for a first payment of May 17th.  The Fundo LLC representative claimed that "we didnt receive the payment until 05/20/24" .  But the screenshot from Cash App receipt, shows that the Fundo LLC received the payment BEFORE May 20th; with a delivery of payment on May 18th .  Despite this the *** Lien was enforced on the May 20th after Fundo LLC had the payment for 2-3 days.  Thus dishonoring our written agreement.

We have shown in the past and still continue to show that QLE LLC wants to honor its obligations to this Merchant Cash Advance taken out by QLE LLC.  But it is difficult, comparable to impossible, to make these payments if there are delays in communication and usurious expectations.

Please remove the enforcement of the *** lien for QLE LLC in regards to ***********

I got to a point I could not immediately repay the advance I had taken. They started putting liens on all accounts business personal and unrelated businesses. The contract was with my business not me personally. I set up a payment arrangement then couldnt pay it because of the liens they placed on all of my accounts.

Corporate entity Fundo claims I a living man and beneficiary owe money. I conditionally accept that offer as a man upon Fundo providing proof of all claims under habeas corpus. Fundo needs to provide proof that money was loaned to me a man. Proof they are a damaged party and suffered a loss. Proof they are the creditors. All evidence proving that I a man owe lawful money.

I received a loan disbursement ($800) less than a week ago on 4/10/24. An exorbitant amount ($110) was taken without my explicit consent from my checking account on 4/17/24. I wasnt granted a 30 day repayment grace ******* This is an industry standard and best practice. It appears as if Im paying off a loan with the original loan amount disbursed. I havent had time to use the loan funds yet. The early payoff policy isnt transparent. I do not want Fundco having access to my account under coercive and predatory terms. The loan repayment terms are redundant. Theyre due before funds are adequately disbursed. Lending under these terms would bankrupt an individual. Lending fees and interest are too hefty! Their business practices are unpractical!

On 11/28/2023 I agreed to a loan and have made the payments, there was one failed payment that was taken from my bank account late, but all payments have continued to be withdrawn each week, and I only have 3 weeks remaining to pay it in full. For the last month, Fundo has called, emailed, and texted to say that my loan is severely delinquent and I have provided proof that each payment has cleared and not received any response, until a week later when they start the process of calling, emailing and texting all over again to which I provide proof again. I do not doubt that Fundo will continue to try and withdraw money from my bank after May 3rd once the loan is paid in full and have tried to verify the information but still have not received any type of response. In each email, they are threatening to go to the Secretary of State to file a complaint on my sole proprietorship, but I am current. The agreement was for ****** to be withdrawn 20 times from 12/7/2023 until paid in full. Since they choose to not respond to me and the proof provided that the loan is current, I don't feel as though there is any option other than file a complaint and hope no one else who is in need falls for their faulty business practices. They are worse than payday lenders and far bigger predators.

The 2 attachments are the emails received, if you notice the dates on the emails, the first one clearly states it's for the loan taken on 11/28/2023 and after I filed the complaint they sent a new email stating it was the loan on 5/15/2023, they are trying to scam more money out of me. I feel like it is because the loan is almost paid in full. I want confirmation that the payment due on 5/3/2024 for ****** will be last payment, I owe ****** three more times and nothing else. They are trying to backtrack and get more money than they are owed, maybe they are commission based for scamming idk, but this is unacceptable.

      **************,

Confirming the arragements that were set up on your account, as it looks like you spoke with one our our agents last week who was able to work with you to waive some fees.
$135 is the last payment due on the advance from 5/16/2023.  That payment is scheduled for 05/09
You have two payments remaining on your newer advance from 11/29/2023, however, one is for $170 (on 4/25), and the final payment on this advance is for $150 (on 5/03)

So yes, confirming as you stated: 3 payments, but a little less than $170 each, with the final one for 5/09.
