Guns America is pretty much a glorified Guns for sale classified adds online broker I believe. I found a great deal on a VERY rare firearm on Guns Broker.....I then purchased the firearm, to find out the next day that it had already been sold. I was upset about this because I was provided with a order # and had already purchased a extra magazine and accessories for the gun.So I reached put to the seller asking them if they could provide me with any proof that the firearm was purchased @ least, before I bought it.They could not provide the info so I told them I would have to give them a review over my experience and the lady I was talking to became very condescending and belittling. So after calling and trying to cancel my orders for the accessories and finding out they were all non refundable I then called back to see if they could make the situation right, and they said that I was harassing them, and basically hung up on me.Then the reason for this BBB appeal is because Guns America immediately took their side without even so much as an investigation and banned me from the sight.I was just going to leave a review, but it seems there is no option for them online to do so.Thanks for your time. I bought a pistol on Guns America through a vetted seller. I waited a week and received no gun or tracking number. This is highly unusual, especially when the seller claims to have 65. I reached out to ******************** several times and they never called back, nor do they even have a voice message. I contacted Guns America and they told me I was out of luck. I explained that Guns America claims to vet the *** sellers yet they continously allow scammers to take advantage of Guns America patrons, they never responded. If you are looking to get ripped off, by all means use Guns America. If you want to buy a gun and actually get one, use Gun Broker. Guns America has turned into a totally untrustworthy format.Initial Complaint

Purchased a firearm from a verified seller on Guns America. I did my research, and the seller was supposedly verified, had several sales, and had feedback. I have sent the seller my ***** which was received on 2/28/23. Almost a month later the seller giving me the run around. This is clearly a scam seller and GA does nothing to protect it's clients. December 10, ************************************** purchasing on the website 'Gunsamerica.com'. The gun advertised by a seller with a profile name of 'Pelder56' was a Franchi S.P.A.S. 12. The gun was said to be for sale on the auction site due to the owner no longer shooting and being unable to gift the gun to his son, due to his son's wife's disapproval of firearms. The seller was listed as a "verified seller" through Gunsamerica.December 11, 2022 I clicked the "Buy Now" button to purchase the gun. According to Gunsamerica, the payment process was said to be done between the seller and the buyer, but the transaction would otherwise be entirely handled by Gunsamerica.com The seller called me minutes later to arrange payment. Payment was completed through the Zelle money transfer app. The seller claimed the gun would be shipped by the next day and that he would provide a tracking number. The tracking number provided was a doctored photo of a shipping label. The tracking number was to an unrelated package that had been mailed in October 2022. Gunsamerica had sent me one email after I had sent money to the seller claiming the seller account was fraudulent and instructed me to contact Gunsamerica if I had sent money to this seller. I emailed Gunsamerica three times with no response. I gave the company several days to reach out and provided a phone number but they never called or emailed. I also found the scam seller to have other listings that had not been pulled from the site, as they were one of the top hits on ******* Gunsamerica is taking no action to protect buyers or sellers on their platform. It should also be noted that the company has no way to be contacted via telephone (no numbers listed on the site. Numbers listed off-site are disconnected). Their business practices suggest either a complete disregard for users, or worse, facilitating fraud on their platform.Initial Complaint

I made a selling listing on www.gunsamerica.com to sell an item. I purchased these features and prepaid for them. A. "Make your listing bold and have it stand out from the other items!"B. "Featured Listing (Appear at the top of search results for 30 days)"C. "Bordered Listings (A bold box around them that will help your listing get noticed)"Invoice #*******. Purchase date 07/15/2022. REFERENCE ID: Listing #*********.All of the features that I purchased above were not delivered. My listing isn't in Bold lettering, it's not a featured listing, and it contains no border box. I have contacted www.gunsamerica.com customer service twice since the purchase date and I have not once been contacted nor my inquiries responded to. At first I asked for this to correct this mistake during the first time I filled out their contact form.The second time I filled out this form and contacted them, I repeated my request and then provided the warning that I would need to file a dispute with my bank due to fraud on the part of www.gunsamerica.com on non-delivery of product.Initial Complaint

I keep getting an invoice from GunsAmerica for an item that they say I sold on their web site. I sold it in house at my store and I have the federal form to prove it. all I want is an explanation about the charges. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with them to settle the matter but they fail to get back to me. All I get is constant emails that I owe them money. If that's the case all they have to do is answer my emails or pick up the phone but they refuse to do so. I have sold items on their web site and i was always responsible with no complaints.Initial Complaint

I have sent multiple help requests through this businesses ONLY allowed contact method (online form) and have received no help. The first few requests were for assistance in getting my customers to pay me and were ignored leaving me with no resolution on how to get paid on their platform. I then requested to stop paying $49.99/mo since I was unable to receive help from their support and could not sell my items properly. The website states I must utilize the contact form method to downgrade my account and stop paying. Twice more they were contacted via their only allowed method only for me to never hear back. I cannot find any proof the business was contact via their online form because they do not send a receipt or confirmation that a message was ever received. A month has gone by and I have been charged the $49.99 for a service I cannot even use and cannot receive a response to cancel. Since I was unable to receive any assistance for multiple tickets submitted, I would like a refund of the monthly fee I cannot get help to cancel and I would like my account closed.
