This is a moving service in which my total **** was over $800. The company sent me three gentlemen, who I found out were not experience. I didnt want to give an assumption based off of their appearance, but in stature they didnt look like they will be able to handle my move. I was coming from a two bedroom apartment into a larger home, but I did not have many furniture items. However, I did have two dressers, that are heavy, made of glass which shouldve been handled with more care. Instead of the gentleman being honest and letting me know that they didnt feel comfortable moving my furniture, they moved them and damaged them. These dressers had never been moved from my home. My dressers in total are approximately $2500. I have asked the manager/owner if he could make it right, or if I can file an insurance claim with his insurance company. He told me that I should cover my own shirts for my furniture. I thought that being odd, that a moving company did not have insurance. Instead of him making right of the damages that his workers made, he threw in my face that one of his workers was injured by my stairs. Ill follow up with the a statement of Those are not my stairs, I dont own the building . And I referred them to reach out to Arium Boca apartments. However, after pleading and pleading to get resolution the owner/manager gave me nothing. Basically its not interested in rectifying this issue. There was even damage to the new homes walls.
