    The nature of my dispute is I did"t receive any service I have been calling and emailing these people they won't answer my calls or emails Romana and ******* from the office haven't responded to me since last week the lease says I move in May 31 but they told me they have never worked with Hialeah section 8. It does'nt say anything that says that about Hialeah section 8 at they apartments Forest Place. At this point I just want my money back they are not helpful at all at this community. I can be contacted at **********

    I still haven't heard from forest place apartments they wont answer my emails or phone calls

    Prior to application on 8/21/2023, ***************************, in the leasing office confirmed that they do accept the housing choice voucher. I then applied online and was immediately pre-approved on 08/29/2023.. After pre-approval the leasing office asked that I submit all documentation, including income verification, identification and the housing choice voucher. I submitted everything on August 30th. I have not received a final approval nor denial. The leasing office is not returning my phone calls nor responding to my emails. They never answer any of the 3 numbers I call. I stopped by the leasing office on September 18th and spoke directly to ****** and *******. ****** informed me that the regional office is reviewing muy application and does the final approval. They then assured me I would hear something prior to the end of that week. Again, I have not heard anything nor any response to my voicemails or emails. I stopped by again on 09/29/2023 and spoke with *************************, who stated the "owner" has all my documentation and they're waiting to hear from him. It has been over 30 days since my pre-approval. I have disputed the $300 I paid with the application with my bank and have started another search for an apartment.. I also submitted a complaint with HUD fair housing. I am a disable senior citizen of African descent

    I received a call from ******, apologizing that is taking so long for application status. Suggesting a new management. She did not give me an approval or a denial. She offered to give me a full refund. I have already disputed this with my bank and submitted a complaint with HUD fair housing. I do not want a check sent to me. I paid with the debit card. It should be refunded with the debit card.

    My dispute claim was denied with Navy Federal credit Union and the temporary credit was reversed. I have not received a refund from Forest Place to date, though Romina  offered a refund on October 11th, 2023.

    Does this mean they will receive a negative BBB rating? And this information will be made available on your website?
