    I keep being charged for a subscription that I did not authorize. Currently there are two moms that I have been charged for that are not authorized. No one answers the phones at this company ever, and I am seeking a refund.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Also, note I've tried calling several times before doing this here and no one is available. I want to make sure there are no future charges from this place. Don't just refund, stop charging altogether and close whatever account it is down.

    I have three separate charges for $28.99 on my bank statements. I have never signed up for anything with this company. I have contacted them twice already and received no reply back from them.

    I have been charged for 3 months of whatever this service is that I have never used. $28.99 at that. No way to get in contact with these people

    The member has been refunded, which will show back on her statement in the next couple of business days. The member said she had no way of contacting us. We have a contact button on the outside of the website, also another contact button once logged in and our contact details are on the members statement.
