I asked for a $12 carwash. Business employee approaches me and wants me to sign a form and says for $20 I can get one months worth of car washes. I tell him I just want want a single car wash. He insists I give them 20 for a months free of car washes. I state I'm leaving the country for possibly 4 months and there's no reason to buy a months worth of car washes. He says sign this and when you get back to the country, come in and we will start your free month. No mention of membership. I never returned to the carwash after returning to the country and never got my car washed after that day. I get my car washed and noticed my door is scratched, the detail service has nasty brushes and the machine for floor mats is not in use. Over a year later on May 8th 2024 I catch a $47.91 charge that went through at 4 in the morning. I search my transactions and realize I've been charged over 600 dollars. The first was ***** (not the 20 dollars the attendent told me) and then it moved up to $47.91. I go to the car wash and explain all of this to Manager. He agrees with me and apoligizes. He then says if you go to your bank and refute the charges I will sign any paperwork to get your money back. I call the credit card company and realize I can only go back 90 days. I go see Manager and tell them the credit card company can only go back 90 days. He called me a liar. He says he can get the rest of the money back to me but it's a corporation and there will be red tape. I go back 4 times and ask what the status of my refund is over weeks. Everytime he has an excuse. I text Manager weeks later and he states he's on vacation, he does not have access to email to tell me how the complaint is being resolved.I was charged $***** on April 8th 2023 and $***** on May 8tb 2023. I was then charged $47.91 from June 8th 2023 to May 8th 2024. All of this totals $617.50. I was refunded $191.64. I want to be refunded $425.86.
