In short, this company deserves a 5-star rating! They are amazing to work with and knowledgable about every new change in government policy that affects student loans.I have been working with TSLHG for approximately 1.5 years. Prior to contacting them, I had spent almost 1 year on my own trying to find out information about eligibility for PSLF that applied to my personal situation. I could not find the info needed no matter how many forums I joined or people I asked. Then I found ***** and called. Within 30 minutes of my intake conversation, they had provided all the info I had been trying to glean from the internet on my own. I decided to become a client of theirs because navigating all of this gov't info, especially when it changes so rapidly, is extremely daunting.I am so thankful that I did because the student loan landscape seems to change every few months, and I work too much to stay on top of every change that is pushed through Congress. TSLHG has been super informative when any change to student loan forgiveness happens. And when I've had to schedule a telephone convo, they have always been extremely polite, kind and helpful.These folks are real deal. TSLHG has been an amazing company to work with. My husband and I had two excellent representatives that worked with us: ***** and *****. They stayed in touch with us and we were able to text directly with them whenever we had questions. We were able to get all of our loans forgiven and are extremely thankful. The Student Loan Help Group (TSLHG) has been amazing from my first introduction to the them via phone conversation about five years ago until my exit conversation a few days ago. Every interaction has been positive. Their case managers have been professional, knowledgeable, respectful, engaging, personable, honest, and cordial. They kept me abreast of new updates that occurred with the Department of Education and the Government that affected my file. The TSLHG relieved me of the stress of dealing with the loan repayment companies. Ultimately, they helped my wife and myself get relieved of more than a quarter of a million dollars in student loans. I just had $31,523 forgiven and it was the easiest process! They did it all for me. I only had to do a couple very simple steps and they handled the rest! They kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated.Student Loan Help Group Response
